Contract Details

Dismantling and opening of air cooled DG set of 10 KVA 415 v 1500 RPM 50 HZ capacity including coupled alternator with the engine unit for repair, Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, incl cleaning, oiling/greasing, removing & replacement of defective unserviceable parts with new parts, ie ‘O’ rings/diesel filter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt / hose/ Engine Oil etc as required at site and manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, reassembling the DG set ensuring proper alignment connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.Notes:- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A’ (ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (iii) Fresh engine oil for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. Its cost of filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item.

Labour only for checking the serviceablity of the different spares/components/parts of security light/ Garden light/Pole light/ Security light on bldg/Post top lantern light fittings ( HPSV, metal halide,LED fittings , flood light fittings etc , any wattage/capacity) of any description and fixed in any position , replacement of unservicable/damaged/broken parts either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair HT 11 KV out door type Gang operated air break switch(GOD) triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism work from ground level suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulator of rating upto 200 Amp.

M&L for cleaning outer body of DG set incl oil tank of DG sets of various capacity by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/ accumulated inside the tank including replacement of fuel tank locking arrangement and fuel hose pipe with new and one coat painting outer body of DG set and fuel tank with synthetic enameled paint and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking the serviceableaty of the electric wiring system the components/parts of alternator repair and replacement of brushes, diods, self exiter and battery terminals, terminal clamps incl varnishing of alternator winding, etc, re-assembling the parts and making the component serviceable and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F automatic battery charger 12 volt auto cut reverse protection of output voltage 12 volt with copper winding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing battery 100 AH 12 Volt of complete all as specified and directed.Make EXIDE GOLD /AMARON/ LUMINIOUS .

Supply & fixing battery 65 AH 12 Volt of complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L in repair existing post top lantern of any type and watage with replacement of new integral LED post top lantern with 60 watt LED luminaries IP65 aluminium encloser

M&L in repair existing garden lights of any type and watage with replacement of new in repair integral LED heritage light with 20 watt LED luminaries IP65 aluminium encloser. Make:- Crompton LPTH -CDL/WW

Supply and fixing in repair integral LED security light luminaries comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame of capacity 72 watt, 110LM/W, IP 66 protection including 10KVSPD and connected wire, Suitable for 40mm dia pipe, with complete accessories to be fixed on pole/wall including connecting the fitting to over head ACSR/bus bar box at the bottom of pole with using 1.50 Sqmm two core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S&F in repair of old fittings to new Crystal Glass LED Tube Light 20 Watt (Double Side Connection)

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable/ non- functional LT Cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core of any description and in any position complete and Supplying, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 1100 volts size 10 square mm, 2 core conforming to IS 7098 Part-I or IS 1554 Part-I. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil including forming sides and bottom surface to required levels/slopes/gradients etc. complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for old size sub class `B` bricks, kiln burnt, as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for fixing GI tube in repair light grade of size 40mm dia with all fittings for cable protection to cross the road/foot path/hardstanging etc all as specified.

M&L for cutting of roads/hardstanding/foot path 30 Cm width and 50 cm depth and making good disturbed surface by using PCC (1:3:6) type C2 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/replacement of burnt winding of Dynoma/ alternator of 10-35 KVA DG Set opening it from DG Set taking it to the workshop for repair, after repairing fixing it to the proper place in DG set and testing it after running the DG set weather the alternator is charging battery properly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
