Specific experience of the consultants related to the Assignment in the last 10 years (Projects of consultancy value more than Rs. 25 lakhs as per the 2024 rupee value using 5% discount rate will be considered as a valid experience for evaluation)

Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in responding to the TOR (Please provide a detailed but succinct description of the survey methodology and travel demand model, overall plan preparation process, detailed work plan, including practical timelines and manpower deployment. The methodology should furnish information indicating how it aligns with the Terms of Reference and provide details over and above the General terms of Reference including the proposed sample sizes and the rationale used to determine them, Appropriateness of the survey methodology, appropriateness of the structure of Travel Demand Models, details of how inclusive planning principles shall be followed in preparation of the CMP. Marks will be awarded based on the appropriateness, adequacy, and contextual relevance of the proposed approach considering the details furnished in the Methodology.)
