Dismentalling and removing old lime or cement plaster from wall surface including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debrise away from the work site including all labour T&P articles . required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantlling and removing door, windows and ventilators including removing the frames hings fastering and stacking the same for reuse and refixing them after necessary repair etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing marbles / tiles in dados, skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveyance, taxes of marble / tiles labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding staging charges with cost conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and dirction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work over a coat of primer including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation grass bushes shrub, supplying & trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stumps of cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of a 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantlling and removing 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring including screening the usable materials for reuse and removal of debries away fom the working area within 50m lead with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2.5 cm (1") thick grading concrete with C.C (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size h.b.g chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying concrete and ramming , watering curing including cost conveyance , royalty, taxes of materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Supplying,fitting,fixing up window(sliding type) made up allumunium section 9778 as windows frame section no-4095,4096 asnd 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as pannel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangment including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes ,labour,T&P etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laterite stone masonary in cement mortor (1:6) in foundation and plinth with laterite stone of approved quality and quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with ncessary projections chamfering and corbelling watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials labour T&P required for the work etc. complete asper direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Providng and fixing vetrified tiles in floors treads of steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost, conveyance, taxes of marble / tiles , labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
