M&L for repair to pot holes n. exc. 30mm depth, area not exe 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths , etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer of Grade VG-10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam as specified for thin bituminous macadam 20mm thick, well rolled and compacted and sealed with pre-mixed sand seal coat (9.80 Kg of bitumen (Grade VG-10) with 0.09 Cum of sand) again well rolled and compacted (including supply of premixed binder and sand), depth of pot holes n. exe. 30 mm thick and rolling with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Premixed bituminous macadam shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm and providing 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed carpet, using 0.405 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 Kg of binder (Viscosity Grade bitumen VG-10) rolled and compacted to required level, camber, gradient to a uniform and smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and providing premixed sand seal coat using 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 Kg of binder (Viscosity Grade bitumen VG-10), with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Premixed bituminous carpet shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid / spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

M&L for providing premix bituminous macadam (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) laid manually, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid / spread manually to required gradient and camber.

M&L TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete block masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 precast cement concrete blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slab etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred / stopped end, complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cat eyes stud, ABS body conforming to IRC-67,1977 of different colour as approved by GE having load capacity 40 Ton giving in reflection on both sides including fixing with epoxy resin, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road studs of size (125mm x 125mm x 25 mm) having three LED on two sides with detachable batteries fixed with appoxy on road as per manufacturer instructions and embaded as directed at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, finished the surfaces fair & even to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F retro reflecting 90 cm high road delineators post black made of 16 gauge, 62mm dia round pipe reflective in red, white and yellow super prismatic 04 strips including embedding the same in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 below ground level 30 CM deep including excavation in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 80 mm thick machine pressed coloured rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade with and including 25mm thick sand layer including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. but except PCC interlocking paver blocks, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as in cover slab, chajja, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs speed bumps made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 350mm x 250 mm x 50mm ,black and yellow in colour, Brand -Dark eye model No Da1005 or equivalent in 3M /STP LTD complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and removing the excavated materials / debris beyond 50 to 250 m outside the defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hot applying 2.5mm thick with thermoplastic road marking material of white or golden yellow in colour as in line, dashes, arrow etc. in uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause no. 803 of MORTH specification of work, including cleaning of road surfaces, heating the materials within specific temperature and road marking with all arrangement required for proper completion of work etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam suefaces in area n. exc. 400 Sqm, exc. 50mm but exc. 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of interlocking PCC paver block of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.
