Dismantling the existing SV lamp street light fitting 70/100/150 W from the lamp post about 7 mtrs height carefully for furter use and keeping them properly at the store including transporting charges.

Dismantling the existing MS/GI lamp post at about 9/7 mtrs height by demolishing the concrete foundation and by supporting using proper scaffoldings.

Supply of 100mm dia GI pipe B class

Supply of 75mm dia GI pipe B class

Supply of 50mm dia GI pipe B class

Supply of 40mm dia GI pipe B class

Fabricating charges of GI lamp post single arem for mounting 150W SV lamp street light fittings using 3 mtrs of 100 mm dia GI pipe for the bottom part,3 mtrs of 75 mm dia GI pipe for the top arms have to bend in proper shape, including cutting welding, supplying and fixing 20x20x0.6 cm MS plate at the bottom of the lamp post, including conveyance

Repairing charges of old lamp post upto 12 mtrs by cutting, levelling, welding etc. including transporations charges to the workshop and back to site.

Errection of GI lamp post for mounting single/doubte/tripple arm for 150 W SV lamp street light fitting with earth work excavation measuring 0.70x0.70x0.90 mtrs putting foundation 1:4:8 using 40mm broken stone measuring the above size, also putting cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm broken stone all around the post above ground level upto a height of 50cm having 45cm dia and plastering the portion above ground level using cement mortar 1:4.12mm thick one coat, including labour charges for heavy load man mazdoor for hoisting and errecting the post in position using necessary scaffoldings.

Supplying hot pree moulded single piece SMC junction box 230x170x105 mm size with hinged type front door and provision for fixing fuse unit etc.

Conveyance, & installation of SMC fuse box at the bottom of the lamp post using necessary bolts andnutsetc. As required.

Supplying and laying 40mm dia flexible pvc pipe at the concrete base of the lamp post for entering cable to the fuse box.

Supplying and laaying 32 mm dia GI pipe for laying UG cable at road crossings etc.

Painting the GI lamp post/bracket with synthetic enamel paint two coats in double column after cleaning the surface.

Supplying heavy duty PVC/XLPE insulated pvcsheathed armoured power cable with Aluminium conductor for working voltages upto and including1100 V.2 core 10 sq mm stze.

Laying of UG cable 10/16 sq mm through the ground after taking trench measuring 0.40x0.60mtrs average size including cutting tarred floor or hard surface, laying the cable along the trench and refilling it with excavated earth etc. complete.

Laying charges of UG cable upto 16 sq mm size through the pipe or free laying.

Supplying street light luminaire suitable for 150 W HPSV lamp complete with single piece cast aluminium alloy, having two compartments, one for accomodating control gear such as copper wound ballast condenser igniter etc, and the other for reflector and lamp. The fitting shall be of side entry inclusive of all above accessories and 150 W sv lamp having ISI.

Fitting charges of 70/150 WSV lamp street light fitting on the GI lamp post laying necessary lead wires, fixing 16/20 A rewirable type fuse unit cable socket etc complete required at site.

Providing ordinary pipe earthing using 1 mtrs of 40 mm dia GI earth wire and all other specials such as charcoal, salt, bolts and nuts etc. complete
