Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete incl all carrige upto 10 km as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of 80/100 incl. heating the bitumen and spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler ,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove dirt , dust,mud, etc and finallybooming the surface as per required specification incl. cost of bitumen on on wbm surface @ 0.75kg/sqm

Providing and laying bituminous macadum using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transportedtositebytippers laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the requiredgrade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tendemrollersasperspecificationstoachieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Enginer-in-charge . 50mm average compacted thicknesswithbitumenof grade VG-10@3%(percentage weight of totalmix) prepared inbatch type hot mix plant incl all carriages &Extra carriage beyond 15kms upto 40kms lead complete.

Providing and laying semidense bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate 0f specified gading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler ,gtransporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, requiredgrade, level andalignment androlling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Enginner-in-charge. 25mm compacted thickness with bitumen of VG-10@5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and limefiller@2% (percentage by weight of aggregate ) prepared inbatch type Hot Mix Plant including all carriage & Extra carriage beyond 15kms upto 40kms lead complete.

Providing and Laying 6mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36mm and retained on180micronsieve) of bitumenofVG-10grade (80/100)per cum pf fineagg. (0.768kgs of bitumen/sqm)and0.60 cumof fine aggregate per 100sqmof road surface i/c rolling and finishing with road all complete incl carriage complete job.

Supply, stacking & laying compacting of WBM Grade II graded stone aggregates 63mm - 45mm specifications including screening , moorum/ dust and watering , consolidation with PRR of 8-10 Tonne capacity including all carriage complete job.
