Excavation in soil in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by all means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material at approved dumping sites through all modes of transporation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and hauling /carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures. Recovery for usefull stone of 212.17cum (two hundred tweleve decimal one seven cubic metre) @ 300/-cum (Three hundred per cubic metre) only shall be effected from the contractor bill on pro-rata basis for the quality of cutting in earth work executed.Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in foundation and plinth, as per drawing and technical specificationi section 800, 1200 & 1600 for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement: five sand : ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete, including the cost of form work in Retaining Wall, Breast Wall etcetera, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge; as per the drawing and hauling /carriage of labour, equippments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeter) dia P.V.C. pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of I (v): 20(H) towards drainage face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification clauses 1206.6 and 709 including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for all types of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :Three sand :Six graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty Milimeters) nominal and below size in or under water including curing complete, pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrisen at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in sub structure for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-15 ( M fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kilograme) per cubic metre in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200, and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete M15 with minimum nominal mix 1:2.5:5 (one cement is to two and a half sand is to five graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days , in open foundations for all type of structures including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete using cement concrete block grade M-15 ( M fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic metre in or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in flooring laid over bedding as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1303 and curing complete including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900mm dia (nine hundred millimetre ) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular materials in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101 and as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
