RCC Intake Structure :- Construction of RCC Intake Structure (Open type):- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning ( to be approved by the competent authority) and Construction of RCC intake Structure minimum 4.0 mtr depth below GL ,having RCC structure, Roofing with RCC slab, Walk way/peasage CI Rungs inside the structure from top to bottom and steel stair case from ground level to top of intake with connecting path having arrangement of chain pulley of suitable capacity for lowering the pumping machinary complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design with one soft copy to the department. ( Data Sheet No.1 Vol-II)
Designing and Construction ,testing and commissioning of waterTreatment plant 1.65MLD :- The scope of work includes the construction of 1.65WTP capacity water treatment plant capable to treat the raw water of the quality specified in the basic design data to produce clear water as per the requirements of CPHEEO manual on water supply and treatment and as specified in basic design data. The water treatment plant shall include the construction of inlet chamber,raw water tank, roughening filter presettling tank,V-/Notch,flash mixer, alum solution/mixingtanks and dosing arrangement,tappered flocculator, settling tanks, rapid sand filters complete with back wash arrangement,clear water tank, disinfection ,plant building (for housing chemical store cum dosing room, water testting laboratory cum attendentroom(toilet),supply of laboratory requirement,piping,valves mechanical/ electrical equipmentelectricwiring & panel boards,sanitation, interconnecting paths, site development upto a minimumof 3m from edge of battery limit of plant, retaining and breast walls and boundary wall.Thefirm shallsubmitthe detailed hydraulic and structural design and drawings( 6copies)for each component oftreatmentplant which shall be approved by the department before the work is started.
The design/drawingsof the mechnical/ electrical equipment & wiring etc. along with manufacturersspecificattion/design also be submitted for approval by the department.Onthe completion of allcivil,mechnical and electrical works the contractor shall test run the plant for one week beforehanding over the same to the department at the cost of the contractor.However,electrical chareges shall be borne by the department. .During this period the daily testing of raw water and treated water samples shall be done. (Complete record of the test results and the flow measurements shall be kept during this period). If the performance of various units of thetreatment plant is as specified in CPHEEO manual, the plant shall be formally taken over by the department,otherwise the contractor shall make necessary change / repairs to improve theefficiency of the unit/plant.The contractor/ firm shall run and maintain the plant for three month after handingover the plant to the department. During this period the firm shall depute at leastt onetrainedperison to train the departmental persons in operating, maintaining the plant and regulartesting of the raw water and treated. Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) Construction of RCC framed pump house 5.7 mtrs height , including Gantry system of Pump Houses at following Locations including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work wiring, Sanitay work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, c/o Toilets, c/o Septic Tanks of capacity for required users, including cost of site development required as per site condition,internal and, external landscaping, dewatering including P/F 5 Tonne chain pulley / Gantry alongwith MS rail along longitudinal wall of approved ISI make electrically operated alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty and fire fighting system complete as directed by engineer in charge. (Ref data sheet No. 2 & 3 for further details.). The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing with design and one soft copy to the department. ( Data Sheet No.3 Vol.II)

And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves, be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. Supply of star rated enrgy efficient Submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ WPIL/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar make as approved make by JSV (list attached) conforming to latest relevant BIS Code8034-1976/ IS-5659-1970. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Clear water/Raw water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The HP are indicative.Since the recheck & verify and re-design of proposal/scheme is to be carried out by the lowest bidder, the design/drawings so approved by the competent authority after finalisation of design and drawings,any variation in HP and other accessories etc.The rate shall be worked out on prorata basis after approval of the competent authority and payment will be made accordingly.The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. and should meet with the requirements. Providing , laying, jointing & testing of bevelled ended GMSERW pipe with circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of GMSERW pipe of following dia meters conforming to IS IS/ISO Code 3183-2012, Grade L-210-A having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and fabrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall also include welding of 6% flanged joints and 94% butt welding in three layers (one inner two outer) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding , lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and the cost of providing flanges i/c nut & bolts, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) . .The fabricated bends should have three or four cuts having of redius not less then 5 times of dia metrs of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani, Oerlikon/L&T of ISI make. The damaged portion of pipe if damaged during laying/jointing,operation of pipe all other special made for the parent tube shall be provided with anticrossibe treatnent or applying the coat of anticrossibe bitumen paint over coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. The rate also include entire carriage of material, flushing cleaning & testing pipe D.P.Test of but welded joint complete in all respect & best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge.

C/o Retaining wall at head works at stage Ist:- Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil lift upto all height, stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00mtrs. and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced and plain concrete work in:-
Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc.and the like complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(One cement : five Sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm moninal size) with 15% plums & curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Retaining/wall & Breast/walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm, as per HPPWD specification as per direction of Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and fixing of 100mm dia PVC pipe of ISI make for weep holes complete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.
AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM: The tenderer/firm shall automate the scheme a/w pumping machinery & other units (asper Technical specifications given in Vol II & data sheet No. 11) installation of hardware along with commissioning/programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the competent authority. Firm has to encorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account( Refer data sheet No. 11 )
Providing and fixing of Electro Magnetic Flow meters/Multi-Jet Type flow meters including Itron make, Model:_ Multimag ,Type Multi jet type, class - B, iso-4064, IP-68 Copper can, with nuts and Nipple set at consumers end, compllete in all respect for proper functioning in accordance to relevent BIS & specifications, within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing fire hydrants as per relevent code IS:909-1992 latest with upto date ammendements within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
