M&L for taking out defective pump set any Capacity after disconnecting electrical connections, transportation to AGE EM store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply install ,testing, and commissioning of energy efficient centrifugal mono block pump set of capacity 220 meter Head, 18 m3/hr discharge (22 KW/ 29.50 HP) at sync speed 2900 RPM with requisite MOC impeller ,priming funnel ,cock, suitable flanges at suction and delivery side. motor shall be suitable for 415V ,3 PH, 50 Hz A.C supply. Motor shall be TEFC type and pump set shall be suitable for working at 18 m3/hr discharges and 220 m head requirements. pump shall be erected ion C.C foundations /cross channels /RSJ frame block with suitable foundation bolts grouted in C C foundation block etc. complete in all respect as per directed by Engr in Charge. Make - Kirloskar , pump size -RKB 40/ 12 L ,stages -10 (IE-4, Energy effecient mortor) or equivelent make mentioned in Appendix B

Supply and fix pressure gauge air water meter of pressure range 0-10 kg/sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade top of pipe with funnel & wire mesh, and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mm thick RCC cover, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (i) GI wire upto DBs or upto earth test point is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit chamber shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (iii) Minimum weight of reinforcement for RCC cover shall be 1 KG.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of 80mm bore cast iron sluice valve with langed ends drilled ISI marked conforming IS 14846-2000 with stainless steel spindle with iron wheel, CI gate with brass nut, bolts, washers and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of 80mm bore Non Return Valve with langed ends drilled ISI marked conforming IS 14846-2000 with brass nut, bolts, washers and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Cast Iron foot valve for 80 mm bore pipe, lift flanged type as per IS-4038 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.50 m wide & n. exc 1.5m deep for taking out / laying pipe line & getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in and including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm in soil.

Removing excavated soil n. exc 50m above the starting point

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing 100 mm bore centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-7, confirming to IS: 8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rubber gasket jointing / tyton joints with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly (ISI marked) laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing DI fittings confirming to IS-9523-2000 suitable for spigot & socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross collar, caps and plugs etc. suitable for spigot and socketed pipes upto 150 mm bore, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations surfaces filling and mass concrete type C2,1:3:6(40 mm graded aggregate.

Special repair to internal wiring and miscellaneous works at various locations at AFS Mandore

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring for (light, fan, bell, socket power socket etc )complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets lamp holder bracket light fittings tube light fittings, regulators, ceiling rose , mirror light fitting , ceiling light fitting, fancy light fitting , fall ceiling light fitting bell/ buzzer and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall floor etc.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi standard copper conductor PVC FLRS insulated unsheathed cable in and incl PVC casing capping / PVC Conduit/PVC Conduit concealed (as per site requirement) with accessories existing pressed steel terminal boxes (sunk in wall) including new 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover with 1.50 Sqmm insulated unsheathed PVC covered copper conductor for common earth and connecting to earth dolly for :-(Note-point wiring PVC conduit concealed includes M& L for channel/grooves cutting upto a depth of 2.5 cm and width not exc 15 cm into brick/concrete/stone masonry walls, with or without reinforcement and trimming surface as required including concealing PVC conduit 25 mm dia with required accessories (like junction boxes/bends etc) and plastering 1:4 CM, applying two coats of approved quality white putty for making good and smooth finish to match with existing specifications of wall surface all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge.)

Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fitting 36 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS & BULBS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Suppyling, installing, testing and commissioning of VFD (Variable frequency drive) suitable for 22 KW (30 HP) centrifugal mono block multistage pump set, 3 phase , 415 V complete all as specified and as directed.

Motor shall be TEFC type and pump set shall be suitable for working at 20 m3/hr discharges and 140 m head requirement. pump shall be erected ion C.C foundations /cross channels /RSJ frame block with suitable foundation bolts grouted in C C foundation block etc. complete in all respect as per directed by engr in charge. S&F double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to ISI 14930 (Part I and II) for protection of underground cable .Outer dia of pipe 40 mm with all fitting laid in trenches/road/nallah or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor (including cutting floor /Road and making good to match with existing adjoining surface etc for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Special Repair to Earthpits at various places at AFS Mandore

S&F copper strip of size 32 x6 mm as earth continuity conductor buried in ground or fixed to wall/floor/ground provided with porcelain insulators space no less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for Test point terminal block in repairs as made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Material & Labour in repairs for Chemical Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 90cm x 60cm x 5mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl copper strip 32x6mm by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of brass made of copper and connected to test point and earth dolly al as shown in electrical plate no 3 SSR part I 2009 ans specified or indicating including providing charcoal dust 100 kgs ,common salt 150 kgs ,magnisum sulphate 200 kgs and all around the plate 15CM depth and wide upto 650mm height in continuous layer ,balance pit will be filled with vegaetable soil upto groundlevel including excavation and earth work in any type of soil (hard and dense rocky area ) PCC (1:3;6) type C1 in chamber ,precast concrete (1:2:4) type B1,reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with cast iron frame ,funnel with wire mesh 40 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe all as specified and testing on completion.(Note:- the earth resistance should be less than one ohms and GI protection pipe and earth lead more than 7.5 RM shall be measure and paid separately)

Supply and laying in repair of GI pipes medium grade with fitting laid in trenches/wall /ground surface complete for the 20 mm sizes for eathing pits water connection complete all as specified and as directed.
