ACCOUSTIC LINING OF PACKAGE UNIT ROOMS

Supply, installing and testing of accoustic lining of AHU rooms, walls and ceiling with 15 mm thick nitrile rubber with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacture with density 140-180kg/m3

Checking of existing accoustic lining of AHU rooms, walls and ceiling , repairing/fixing the existing mesh with nails etc required , and providing one layer of new Aluminium perforated mesh at 75 cm height from floor level including supply and installation of Aluminium perforated polished mesh with 0.6 mm

EXPOSED ROOF INSULATION

Supply & fixing of 13 mm thick class o nitrile rubber insulation with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacturer with density 40-60kg/m3

Inspection of the existing package units to ascertain the performance and making good of the same in working condition to the satisfaction of the client. Work includes gas charging , repair work of damages, Canvas replacement, PC boards, switches, indicaton lamps, painting of stands of out door units and rusted portion of out door units by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth etc. 5 Nos 22 TR, 3 No 11 TR & its Condensing Unit

Inspection of the existing Hi-wall split units to ascertain the performance and making good of the same in working condition to the satisfaction of the client. Work includes gas charging , repair work of damages, PC boards, switches, indicaton lamps, painting of stands of out door units and rusted portion of out door units by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth etc. 5 Nos 1.5 TR & its Condensing Unit

Dismantling, removing and reinstallation of existing 2 x 1.5 TR Hiwall split units to the new place advised by the client and making good of the same in working condition to the satisfaction of the client. Work includes gas charging, repair work of damages, pc boards, switches, indication lamps, painting with epoxy paint of stands of out door units and rusted portion of out door units by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth etc. include refrigerant piping 15 Mts. / unit

Removal of the existing ducting wherever not required and interconnecting new and existing ducting as per new design and keeping in place as directed by KSFDC

Supply and fix 400mm dia Jet diffusers of powder coated Aluminium as per standards

Supply and fix Chicken Mesh on the ducts for protecting duct insulation as per standards

Earthing: Supply, fixing and give termination to following wires for effective earthing of neutral and equipment of the old AC units. No.10 SWG Cu
