Supply, Installation, Testing of CPRI tested maintenance free earthing system a set of Copper Bonded Earth Rod of 3 Meter length, 23.2mm dia made of high tensile low steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.90% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) with exothermically jointed copper bus bar of 200X50X6 mm for long lasting and connection, Earth copper bonded rod & exothermically jonted bus bar should be CPRI tested on 25 KA fault current complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply and pouring of earth enhancing compound of RHOS tested & having passed leaching, Sulphur, Corrosion Resistivity Test as per IEC-62561-7 an international standard for Earth Enhancement Compound by NABL accredit Lab and after mixing with water tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity <0.12 ohm-m. . It should be a permanent,non corrosive material,free from bentonite and other substance. It should not leach any chemicals into the ground and retain moisture even in high soil resistivity areas,complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Chemicals will be measured in powder form.

S&F of Earth pit 125mm dia with FRP Earth Pit Cover of top size 200x200 mm bottom size 300x300 mm with height of 150mm with lockable lid , Earth pit cover shall be made of Poly plastic tested at 7.5 ton load for closing of earth pits complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Copper Strip 20x3.15mm , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron Tubing/Pipe 40mm bore (dia), light grade for Strip Protection, under plinth protection with suitable type of Clamps, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring in loose/soft soil 200mm dia, by means of hand/ machine drill, upto 3 Meter depth from ground level and pouring sufficient water for at least 3 times per day (within working hours) for two days and making hole ready for filling Earth enhancement compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth enhancement compound will be measure and paid seperately.

S&F of Earth marker made of Mild Steel Sheet of size approximate 300x200x1.6mm thick Sheet and cutting of sheet for Equipment Earthing/ Lighting Arrester Earthing/ Signal Earthing etc in the form of Egg type, Half round type, Rectangular type and Triangular type welded with 1ʺ (Inch) dia 2ʹ (Feet) long Mild Steel Pipe with duly different Synethic Enameled Paint and marking of Earth Plate Number/ Description of Earthing/Type of Earthing on Plate with White Paint including Earth Plate No. and Earthing Resistance with Earthing Check Date and Earthing Check Due Date, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) provided around Earthing Pit having Top size 200x200mm bottom size 300x300mm having 150mm in height, size of PCC Plateform 900x900x100mm with fair finished Concrete Surfaces including necessary Formwork and Earth Work as required/ordered at Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc. 1.50 m Wide and depth not exc. 1.50 m for taking out/up and laying of Water Main /Pipe, etc., for foundation, etc. and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including Spreading, Levelling, Watering, Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm, Surplus Soil providing Heaps along the route of the Pipe Line in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Steel Water Tubing 15mm bore (dia), Galvanised, 'medium grade' with all Fittings, laid in trenches any other sitution, complete as all specified and as directed.

Supply & laying Steel Water Tubing 40mm bore (dia), Galvanised, 'medium grade' with all Fittings, laid in trenches any other sitution, complete as all specified and as directed.

S&F Gun Metal Gate or Globe Valve 20mm bore (dia) with Iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe including all Fittings required at Site , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gun Metal Gate or Globe Valve 40mm bore (dia) with Iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe including all Fittings required at Site , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ball Valve 20mm bore (dia), high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium Rod and high density Plastic float, screwed for Iron Pipe a, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, of capacity 500 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I alongwith necessary fittings / connections complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing CI/GI pipe line 80mm bore (dia) for insering Tee 80x40x80 mm for branch line, complete all as specified and directed.
