I. CONCRETE

Plain Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 20 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 320 Kg/Cum) up to specified level using using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas.

II. FORM WORK :

Providing centring and shuttering using steel shuttering plates including strutting, propping, etc., and removal of the same for insitu Reinforced Concrete and in Plain Cement Concrete works as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying One (1) coat of shuttering oil (Cemol/Fosroc make/any other approved equivalent) on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete, etc., complete as specified and directed.

a) Columns, pillars, posts, struts, mullions, pedestals, etc.

III. STRUCTURAL STEEL

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates of strength not less than Grade E 250 of IS-2062:2011 conforming to BIS 2062 of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 including providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 2 (Two) coats of synthetic enamel paint over One (1) coat of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nicklson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated.

a) Using angles, rolled steel joists, channels etc.

Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel tubular Truss, for purlins and bracings using MS tubes conforming to IS 4923/1161 and its accessories like base plates, cap plates, gusset plates using standard steel sections and plates conforming to IS 2026, of M/S Tata. Vizag Steel, Jindal or SAIL at and at all heights and above plinth level, work shop fabricated, removing of scales, welding ( using welding rods of D & H, ADVANI,PHILIPS)/ bolting, transporting to site in suitable parts, erecting in position in line, level using crane/ derricks or any suitable means, connecting with approved bolts and nuts wherever required, etc., complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated.

a) Trusses

Providing and Fixing Secondary Structural members including Purlins, Girt members, Eaves, Struts, Ridges and other items made out of Galvanized cold rolled sheets of Z shape not less than 2.5mm thickness and web depth of 200mm with stiffened flanges of Class designation GP 350 Class 2 conforming to the requirements of IS 277:2018 manufactured by M/s. JSW, Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL make including shop painting , fixing to main members using Bolts and Nuts conforming to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS 3757 including overlaps, etc., the average mass of Galvanized Coating thickness shall be minimum 350GSM conforming to IS 277 all complete as specified and directed. Note: Overlaps will not be measured for payment.

Supply fabrication and erection of GI Rain water Gutter of Class designation GP 350 Class 2 conforming to the requirements of IS 277:2018 manufactured by M/s. JSW, Tata, Vizag Steel, SAIL and including fixing to the main members, providing silicone sealant and mastic tape at the lap joints Note: Overlaps will not be measured for payment.

IV. PLASTERING AND POINTING :

Cement plastering 15mm thick for internal walls with Cement Mortar 1:4 finished smooth at and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surfaces, preparation of surfaces, hacking of concrete surfaces, steel/ tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

V. PAINTING:

Painting exterior newly sand faced plastered surfaces with Two (2) finishing coats of Anti fungus and Acrylic Emulsion paint of exterior quality having 100% acrylic Apex Ultima of make M/s. Asian Paints, Pidilite, Johnson & Nickelson, Nerolac, Berger of approved shade including preparing the surfaces, filling the cracks with external crack filler/putty of M/s. Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required, applying One (1) coat of approved primer as per manufacturer's Specifications, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete as specified and directed.

VI. ROOF SHEETING AND SIDE CLADDING

Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Sheets of make M/s. JSW/TATA Bluescope conforming to ASTM A792M/ IS 15961 for roofings and claddings using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) with minimum galvalume thickness of AZ200 gsm and yield strength not less than 350MPa including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards, etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., all complete as directed.

a) Roofing with colour coated Galvalume sheets

b) Cladding with colour coated Galvalume sheets of required colour and pattern

VII. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, sag rods and bracings using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position , providing greaseetc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing in position Anchor Shells/ Expansion shells/Anchor Bolts of approved make of best quality of make M/s. Hilti, Fischer, Bosch of following sizes for anchoring supporting structural steel columns of required size/length including drilling holes in RCC Slab aligning bolts to position, proper level, bolts, washers labour, etc., complete as directed.

a) 12mm dia 150mm long

Providing and fixing un-plascticised PVC rain water pipes of M/s. Aashirvaad, Supreme in line, level and plumb with necessary PVC Clamps and wooden gutties of approved make conforming to IS: 13592 type A with injection moulded fittings jointing with approved synthetic adhesive seal rings conforming to IS: 5382, embedding in the slab junctions, leakproof testing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

VIII DISMANTLING AND DEMOLISHING

Breaking existing cement based waterproofing treatment/tarfelt waterproofing of following areas slabs, chajjas etc. avg thickness 110mm, stacking of serviceable material and carting away of unserviceable material to the departmental disposal yard etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motar with plastering on both sides very carefylly at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, staking of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debrIS-within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling very carefully the existing reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debrIS-within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed
