Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material hard dense soil exc. 1.5KM and n. exc. 5 km, depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller Exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne and forming required gradient and camber super elevation including necessary watering complete all as specified.

Moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings or other approved earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge laid in layers n. exc. 150 mm thick, spread, levelled and well rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for soling (or sub base) 150 mm thick (spread thickness) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

150mm thick water bound Macadam in two layer (75 mm each layer) (compacted thickness) using Granite, Trap or basalt stone with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 KG/ 10 Sqm of surface area using paving bitumen VG -30 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Premix bituminous macadam not exceeding 50mm consolidated thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with min 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient including cleaning of existing surface by brushing with wire brushes, sweeping with compressor air blower to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 4.5% to 5.5%(as per design mix) binder content by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using paving bitumen VG 30 grade and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity Tendam Vibratory Roller used in static mode and including applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @5kg/10 Sqm of surface of bituminous macadam complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- (1) Design mix shall also clearly specify filler (%), total quantity & Bitumen & Rolling required for 40 mm thick semi dense , 50mm BM. (2) Contractor shall be aware of local material and design mix prevailing in area. If Binder % worked out (in design mix) more then the % specified, same shall be provided without any extra cost.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, bands, copings, bed plates and drains finished exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

RCC Hume pipe medium Grade Np-2,300mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:1 in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Make : Indian Hume Pipe Company / Jain Spun / Daya Spun / Delhi Spun Pipe / Ramnik Enterprises / Hindustan Pressure Pipes / Bhaskar Sons.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes, including packing and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 300mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Mild steel CRS bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel CRS bars 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

RCC 1:1.5:3 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slab, landings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams complete all as specified.
