Repairs to 15 cusec V.T pumping unit no. 03 at lift irrigation scheme SEER

1. Dismantling of 15 cusec pump and 400HP motor from its installed position by way of decoupling of pump motor assembly, extraction of bearing housing assembly, lifting and disassembling of discharge head from base plate, extraction of flanged column pipes by way of cutting rusted bolts & nuts by gas cutter and unscrewing of screw coupling of shaft one by one in a careful full manner and then lifting of entire bowl assembly. The job involves using of highly skilled labour for careful disassembling of pumping unit which require both skill and patience. Shifting disassembled parts in private load carrier to workshop for repairs (01 job) 2. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS 410 head shaft sleeve fabricated out of solid SS cylinder. The job includes boring, turning, facing, finishing, balancing operation on lathe using skilled labours as per sample (01 no) 3. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS 410 column shaft sleeve fabricated out of solid SS cylinder. The job includes boring, turning, facing, finishing, balancing operation on lathe using skilled labours as per sample (04no) 4. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of rubber bowl stage bushes as per sample (02 no) 5. Manufacturing , providing & fitting centre kit rubber bush as per sample (04no) 6. Manufacturing ,providing & fitting of G.M wearing & neck ring as per sample (02 no for each bowl) 7. Back carriage and reassembling of entire pumping unit in a sequential manner for proper fitment and alignment of mating part at site. The job involves p/f of nuts & bolts for column pipes, discharge bend, base plate etc. & testing on full load. All tools & tackles shall be arranged by contractor.
