M&L for dismantling, transportation,re-fixing after repair of defective raw sewage pump set of electric motor 2 HP, 415 volts, 3 phase to civil workshop for repairs, cutting existing burnt winding, re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size & turns including replacement of insulating material, re-assembling the pump and bringing back the pump to site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling, transportation,re-fixing after repair of defective filter feed pump set of electric motor 3 HP, 415 volts, 3 phase to civil workshop for repairs, Cutting existing burnt winding, re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size & turns including replacement of insulating material, re-assembling the pump and bringing back the pump to site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for pouring the PE solution of 0.0075 concentration complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for pouring the PAC solution of 10% concentration complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for pouring the sodium hypochloride solution of 6% concentration complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of dried beds and Supply & laying sand to make up the level approx 20 cum complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing steel surface existing process reactor tank tube shelter, dual media filter, activated carbon filter, LT panel, air compressor after scratching the old paint with emery paper preparing surface and painting the same with black / any other approved colour epoxy paint including writing feeder name and number in capital letters of suitable size using white paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning the equilisation tank including bar screen and oil & grease trap by pumping out liquid sewage (approximate quantity 16 cum) using sewage pumps and removing sludge/mud/stone etc. (Approximate quantity 5 cum) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for servicing/replacement of FAB Media for STP capacity 0.2 MLD FAB technology with high specific surface area typically 400-500 sqm /cum, colour black media height 15mm media dia meter 22mm, type of media MBBR, MOC of media is Virgin PP UV stabilized, type of structure cylindrycal with external fins, Ratio of PSA/TSA 75%, speific weight of surface area 0.37 kg/sqm, and high oxygen transfer efficiency, as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Thermax or equivalent

Material and labour for servicing/replacement of filter media of required size/ qty of DMF & ACF as per manufacturer recommendation and as approved by GE for STP capacity 0.2 MLD, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for servicing/replacement of Tube settler media moc pvc, weight per cubic meter 60 kg (approx), working temperature 60 degree celcius (Max) as per manufacturer recommendation for STP capacity 0.2 MLD, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Thermax or equivalent

M& L in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plate fabricated from steel structural including nuts,bolts washers welding,bending cold or hot,drilling holes and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for MS pipe 100 mm B' class complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Testing of (STP) treated water samples from NABL accrediated lab for following parameters and submitting the results to MES complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) pH (b) BOD (c) COD (d) TSS (e) Fecal coliform
