Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Removing building material to the distance 1Km from the site.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dence soil.

Removing excavated material upto 50m and depositing where directed

M & L for soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled surface, formed, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber including watering & ramming etc. complete. Spread thickness 150mm

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers n. exc 15cm thick. Spread, levelled & rommed including watering, etc complete

Fair finished formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work (flat); vertical or to batter.

M & L for reinforced readymix cement concrete (Design mix) of M-30 for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M & L for cement concrete type B2, in 1:2:4 mix, 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains, pedestal

M & L for 100 mm thk plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 mix, using 20 mm graded aggregates, in sub-floors, floors, paving including shuttering etc. & with smooth finishing the concrete pavement by using extra cement & Spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in 150mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing com pound, Grade ‘A

Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe-290 (Gde E-165) with riveted, bolted or welded attachment

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Mild steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Providing precast ce- ment concrete in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and and setting in mortar complete with joints to match joints to match in type B1, 1:2:4 mix (20mm graded aggregates) and set in 1:4 mix cement mortar.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in 1:4 cement mortar.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick even & smooth cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, (without using extra cement) with neeru finishing.
