Supply and fix and draw ACSR Weasel conductor of size 06 strands of aluminium of 2.59 mm dia and 1 strand of steel of 2.59 mm dia on HT/LT poles, bringing the sag within limit fixing on Insulator/Cross arms by means of necessary binding with 16 SWG aluminium binding wire and providing alkathin pipe of approved quality for jumpers, reconnecting the service connections after removing the carbon material including taking down old UNSV, ACSR conductor of any size & type from LT poles at any height position and place complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI wire 4mm dia as continuous earth wire, guarding and craddles to OH line including binding wire, including taking out old UNSV damage GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer including taking out old UNSV cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking out old unsv, RCC/steel pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

S&F pin type porcelain vitreous insulator 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade including galvanised mild steel spindle, one nut and two washers & Including taking out old UNSV insulators complete all as specified.

S&F shackle type insulator porcelain vitreous white,brown and green of size 75 mm heaight and 90 mm dia incl galvanised MS straps 31x3 mm size ,washers,insulator bolt 12 mm dia and nut for working pressure 1100 Volts grade & Including taking out old UNSV insulators complete all as specified.

M&L stay asembly comprising of stay bow (4000 x 14mm), stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts, stay plate 300 x 300 x 6 mm thick and 2 nos of thimble complete as shown in electric plate no 1 of SSR part-1 connected to loop type insulator, including dismantling old UNSV stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Earth work excavation, concrete and loop type insulator & Stay wire shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fix LT loop type insulators, vitreous, porcelain brown, white or green insulators for working pressure of 1100 volts grade of Small size with over all dimensions 65 x 90 mm including dismantling of existing LT loop type insulator from LT poles of any height place and position.

S&F Galvanised stay wire stranded of size 7/4 mm including necessary binding, strengthening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm thick crushed stone aggregate for foundation of poles/stays complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm thick crushed stone aggregate for coping of HT/LT poles, including necessary form work and finishing exposed surface of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm thick crushed stone aggregate for making good the road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild Steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with MS clamps, bolt,nuts of approved size for LT 20 x 15 cm size including dismantling the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles sawaged pole of any description and length not exc 7.5 above ground level erected in vertical position in LT OH line including cross arms of angle iron/ channel section clamps brackets etc with one coat of aluminium paint 6.0 mtr from top of the pole onward & remaining with black & Yellow paint strip in 30 cm width alternatively upto ground level & numbering the pole with white paint on black paint base 20 cm dia circular/square shape complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable (10 cm punned thickness above the top of the upper most cable, total 18 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L old size brick class "B" as in cable protection laid dry,flat,transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equalto length of the brick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 40mm bore galvanised iron, light grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches / fixed on wall / poles etc for protection of cable,,including taking out old tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L inspection, checking and repair of APFC panel by cleaning of dust inside with blower, cleaning of moving part/contract from CT cleaner, tightening of loose parts/electrical wiring , cleaning of contractors, relays and capacitor juction points, oiling of cooling fan , complete testing of APFC relay with necessary settings with CTs /load adjustments to match with the APFC load management system complete with replacement of burnt/worn out unserviceable components /burnt wires thimbles /lugs etc for APFC panel capcity 50 KVAR to 150 KVAR complete all as specified and directed. Note : All unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid seprately as supply only. Replacment of small nuts/screws, wires lugs or thimbles and cleaning material cost included in this item.
