Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable point wiring of any type (light, fan, socket, power etc) complete with fitting such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holders, light fitting etc including CI/ pressed steel terminals, switch box and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor etc to match with the existing surfaces of wall/ floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, a recovery of @ Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute, the decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding. (ii) Old fittings/ fixtures / accessories like switches, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc., if found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work or taking on charge. (iii) Only old unserviceable items will be considered in credit Sch.

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with continious earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed, drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit "medium grade" (ISI marked), not less than 20mm dia duly concealed on wall/ ceiling or above false ceiling with fittings medium grade (Color coding of wires shall be phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified) sunk metal flush box suitable for modular fixture with and including decorative polycarbonate frame for housing modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including white cover plate complete all as specified and directed for following:- Note:- (i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick /concrete surface and making good disturbed surface in CM (1:3) and matching with the existing surface deemed included in quoted rates. (ii) If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/ ceiling etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/ceiling to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery of @ Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of Accepting Officer will be final and binding.

Make– Anchor, Code-39797 or equivalent of make as specified.

S&F in repair sub main wiring alongwith earth wire (green colour) with single core FRLSH, PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit (medium grade) with standard accessories and earth wire connected with main earth dolly, of the following sizes of cable & dia of conduit complete all as specified and directed:- NOTE :- (i) Two/four run of single core FRLSH PVC cable with one/two run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit (RM). (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM (1:3) including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of sub main wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawal plugs.

S&F connecting & testing sheet metal enclsoure double door type for MCCB DB VTPN 4 way with MCCB 4 pole, adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic type 40-63 Amp, 16 KA, 4 pole MCCB complete all as specified and directed. Note: Set the MCCB as per builidng load and distribute the load before charge the load.

Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, well cesspits, manholes etc / for laying of cable/ pipe etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

M&L for road cutting of size n'exc 20cm width and n'exc 90cm depth for laying of cable including making good the road with PCC (1:2:4) type B2 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized steel water tubing (GI Pipe) light grade (ISI marked) with all fittings as in sleeving for cable protection & laid in trenches/ floor or fixed to wall, ceiling and pole of following bore complete as specified and directed :- Note : MS Clamp, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperatly for fixing with pole etc.

Supply and laying cable protection bricks, common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, steel armoured, aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable (Conforming to IS 7098), ISI marked, in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of following size complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- 1. The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely. 2. Cable may fixing/ passing through pipe laid in trenches or fixed to pole/ wall or fixed to LT panel etc.
