Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg. per Sqm mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. (Zero decimal two five to Zero decimal three zero Kilogramme) per Sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty milimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggreagtes either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed seal coat of either Type B (By Mechanical Means Bitumen ( S-90 or VG-10) as per Technical specification Clause 508 including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification Clause 510 using Bitumen V.G. 10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.8 kg (Six point eight kilogramme premixed with 0.06 (Zero point Zero six)Cubic meter of fine aggregate per ten square meter heated in hot mix plant and laying manually mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8 - 10 tonne (eight to ten) tonnes capacity as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material, Labour and equipments required to execute the work to site of work complete in all respect. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, tolltax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.
