ADDITION/ALTERATION TO BUILDING

M & L for applying two coats of fire resistant paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified as and directed.

M&L high density polytheene film (transperent colour) in single layer of 400 Micron thickness virgin quality as per ASTMD 2103/IS 2508 laid with side and overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / taking down old existing unserviceale cement plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces of RCC slab/RCC beam RCC columns/RCC lintles / RCC fascia/RCC chajjs etc. (up to maximum height 10 meters from natural ground level) with power driven penumetic chisel and including removal of debries outside MoD land complete all as specified and direected.

M&L for removing of cavaties roughening the smooth surface scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover @ 200 ml per sqm or as per manufactures instruction, rust removal and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly and then applying 40 micron thick dry thickness coat of epoxy zinc rich primer @ 250ml per sqm or as per manufacturers insturctions of exposed and new steel reinforcement (measured flat) complete all as specified and direected.

M&L for providing and filling epoxy putty into RCC/PCC/Stone masonry crack after opening up RCC/PCC/Stone masonry cracks in V-groove manner approximte 10mm wide & 10mm deep using mechnical cutter, properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust, dirt etc. and finishing in line and level with existing concrete/masonry surface etc. complete all as per manufacturer instructions and procedures complete all as specified and direected.

M&L for applying two coats of epoxy based two component binder to bind old to new concrete chemical bond as per manufacturer instructions and procedures complete all as specified and direected.

M&L for welding Mild Steel wire mesh weighing not less that 1 kg / sqm and primed with nitco zinc primer, fixing to the prepared concrete surface through proper fixing arrangements and applying 40 mm thick average cement mortar with guniting machine/shotgun at a presure not less than 5 kg/sqm in ratio 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound chemical not less than @ 5% by weight of cement, including lapping of new reinforcement to the rusted portion all as per manufacturer instructions and carried out the work as per procedures complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separtely).

M&L for providing rendering 10 mm thick average of cement mortar 1:4 liquid water proofing compound not less that @ 3% by weight of cement all as per manufacturer instructions and procedures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of epoxy based water proofing and protective coating on newly plastered surfaces all as per manufacturer instructions and procedures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying High performance water based aliphatic protective coating to exposed concrete or masonry surface after proper surface preparation, cleaning of dust dirt etc. system should be application of water based acrylic polymer primer cum sealer coating coverage @ 8-10 sqm/litre/coat on prepared surface and application of 2 coats of water based aliphatic protective coating at 260-280 microns DFT coverage @ 5 Sqm /liter/coat @ 200 microns WFT using suitable brush or roller complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs solid rubber beading of 30 to 50 mm wide and 3 to 5 mm thick fixing at bottom to existing doors complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT/HARDSTANDING

M & L Wet mix macadam 150 mm thick (75 mm in two layers compacted thickness) laid with coarse aggregate specified in MORTH, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver asalt of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm sixze) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming 25mm thick expansion joint (using diamond cutter) filled with DURA board HD 100(Brand Supreme or equivelant), applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete width of joint, provision of closed polyurthane backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealent (Min depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 15mm) complies with BS-5212, priming the side and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidential spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming construction joint 25 mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond cutter) and sealed with polyurethane sealent complies with BS:5212 and priming the sides provision of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 12mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidential spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied compleete all as specified.

M&L for Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 100mm deep and 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter) and sealed with polyurethane sealent complise with BS:5212 and priming the sides provison of closed cell polyethylene backup rod 10mm dia and applying masking tape on enges of joint to prevent accidential spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc., on roads, pavements and the like exc. 10 cm wide with Retro-Reflective Thermoplastic road marking paint, white or golden yellow, conforming to MoRT&H specification all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tought pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm of height 20 mm with built in stem nail 37x37x55mm long for fixing with epoxy. LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours by hammering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sluice valve CI body of size 80 mm (3”) dia , class PN 1.6, IS 14846-2000 with spindle (heavy duty) both ends flanged with brass spindle and brass check nuts with CI hand wheel including jointing material like rubber insertion sheet 3 mm thick, bolts, nuts and fixed to pipe line and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppy, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of desiccant dehumidiifer compleate with metal-silicate based desiccant rotor. Rotor should be placed horizontal. Rotor should have organic compound less than 2%. Rotor should be adsorbent, non-toxic, non-flambale, fully water-washable. Rotor should have perimeter flange, and teeth around perimeter flange to ensure a positive and slip-free rotation. Rotor should be made in India.
