Fixing Vitrified tiles (size 600mm *600 mm) (printed) in dados skirting and riser of steps on 12 mm thicks cement plaster (1:3) jointed with the neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tils including cost,carriage, cost of allthe labouretc. complete.

Fixing Ceramic tiles (30cm x30cm/ 40cm x 40 cm special plain /printed series ceramic wall tile of premium grade having thickness 6.5 mm to 6.7 mm confirmimg to IS13753) in dados skirting and riser of steps on 12 mm thicks cement plaster(1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including cost of tiles.

Fixing glazzed tiles (30cm*30cm /40cm*40cm special plain /printed series ceramic tiles of premium grade having thickness 7 mm to 8 mm confirmimg to IS13755) in floors treads or steps and landing on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including cost of tiles.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Chequred in steps tile in floors of size 300mm*300mmm of approved make conformaing to IS: 4457 laid on 12 thick cement mortar (1:4)(1 cement :4 course sand ) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost ,cost of all materials labour T&P etc. required for the thework complete as per direction of E.I.C.(for new work only)

Finishing to the exposed surfaces of wall with weather coat of any approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shadeincluding cost of weather coat of all labours and T&P etc. complete.
