OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANTS AT ADA HANGAR AND CERTAIN REPAIR TO AC DUCTING SYSTEM COOLING TOWER AND MISC ALLIED WORKS AT ADE DEBEL GTRE BANGALORE

Manning and Operation of Air Conditioning Plant in summer/Monsoon season through out the year in shifts of eight hours continuous from monday to friday and carrying out daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and Cleaning , Checking/arresting of refrigerant gas leakages, routine checks like oil level, V-belts checking, electrical control checking, cleaning of cooling tower and dusting of all equipments including first hand repairs upto Rs. 500/-quaterly such as as fixing of gland, replacement of packings, repair of electric junction connection etc, all as directed by Enginer-in-charge for the ADA Hangar / EMI/EMC , ADE(Two shift) having following equipments:- (i) 1 X 16.5 TR +1 x 16 TR as standby (ii) 1 X 16 TR +1 x 16 TR as standby (iii) 2 x 11 TR + 1 x11TR as standby

Note for item NO 1: a).The unit rate quoted shall be for deploying suitable operator/mechanic to run the plant for one month Two shifts on working days in a week shall be from Monday to Friday excluding holiday ) b). The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of dress as approved by GE/ stationary of maintaining daily log sheets/running and maintaining required temperature/proper functioning of plant and obtaining users signature in daily maitenance register and putup the atttendence/maintenance register monthly once to the Engr-in-Charge. c). The rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of cleaning of condensing unit and complete cleaning of plant and keep the surrounding area of plant clean. d). Repacement of unserviceable spare parts will be measured/paid under relevant items.. e). Shifts timing from 0600 to 1400 and 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrsrs Minimum operating staff to be emplyoed:- one person in each shift (Two shift per day)

M & L for servicing of electostatic online non chemical water treatment scale preventor 'Scale off' with control panel system installed at various AC plants including replacement of electronic worn out parts if required /replacement of gasket and removing of sludge etc and checking of electronic instrument for proper functioning and checking of electronic instrument complete for entire satisfaction to Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of electronic controller panel of electostatic online non chemjcal water treatment scale preventor 'Scale off' with control panel system model No 3022 suitable for 1 x 28 TR at AK plant including making all connection and testing for entire satisfaction to Engr-in -charge

Supply and charging of Refrigerant gas R-22/407C/134a. Make:- Refron/Fluoron/Mefron

Supply and fix roller bearing suitable for upto 80 TR cap AHU shaft and motor including taking out unserviceable roller bearing etc all as directed

Supply and fix tapering type aidjustable type pulley suitable for upto 80 TR capacity AHU shaft including taking down unserviceable pulley etc all as directed

Supply and fix dynmically balanced AHU blower fan centrifugal type made out from high quality aluminium blades suitable for upto 80 TR capacity central AC Plant AHU including taking out old unserviceable AHU blower fan complete etc all as directed.

Dismantlling unserviceable rusted AHU side cover carefully without any damage to cooling coil and supply and fix side covers suitable for upto 80 TR capacity AHU made out from 18 SWG GI Sheet with powder coating bend to shape complete with neccesary bolts and nuts etc all as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable CT fan motor carefully and supply and fix new CT fan motor upto 2 HP cap alongwith GI frame complete inluding replacement of all reusted botl and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismanlting of unsv cooling tower FRP bottle after disconnecting of inlet and outlet water pipe connectio n and supply and fix new cooling tower FRP sealed bottle suitable for 20 TR capacity cooling tower including making all connection oinlet and outlet water pipe connection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of aluminium hub made out from aluminium casting suitable for upto 30 TR capacity cooling tower including 4 Nos blades tc and taking out unsv hub blade all as specified and directed

M & L for dismanlting of old PVC honey comb fills upto 30 tr AC plant and supply and fix new PVC honey comb fills upto 30 TR capacity cooling tower including cleaning of cooling tower by removing sludge with causic soada all as specified and directed.

Supply , fabricate,erection and testing of air ducting made out of 24 gauge GI sheets in accordance with site conditions and as per standards complete with all aceesssoreis like flamges suspension rods anchor, bolts, GI bolts and nutsfor supplying /returning air duct all as specified and directed.

M & L for insulation of GI ducting system and applyig of bitumen liquid and packed with 50mm size slab type thermocol of 4 kg density wrapped with polythene cover and chicken mess including plastering and painting with existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying laying connection and testing armoured LT copper power cable of size 6 sqmm 3 core laying on cable tray/on wall including prooer clamping all as specified and directed.Make :Universal/Havells/Gloster/Paragon

Dismantling of old insulation from suction/chiller pipe line and supply and fixing new chiller/suction inslulation suitable for upto 80mm dia MS pipe with using vidoflex inslulation made out form 19mm thick nitrile rubber and wrapped with nylon tape and applying two coata of FRP inslulation adhesive and nylon tape complete testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supply and weld MS C class pipe upto 50mm dia including necessary MS elbows,bends collers etc includig removing of unserviceable MS pipe etc all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling old unserviceable meter gauge panel indoor type supply, installation testing of indoor vertical type gauge panel board made out of 2mm thick MS sheet and GI pipe of medium gauge 80mm dia as per required length mounting of the following :- (a) Suction pressure - 0 to 150 PSI (b) Oil pressure gauge - 0 to 300 PSI (c) COP gauge - 0 to 300 PSI (d) DP gauge - 0 to 400 PSI (e) ON / OFF switch with all type of indicators (f) LP / HP / OP pressure cutouts Note :- (i) All pressure gauges and cut out will be paid separately under relevant item of Schedule A (ii) Quoted rate by the contractor include check and tightening of all connections with meter gauge and replacement of unserviceable copper pipe of 1/4" dia

Supply and fix LP / HP pressure cutouts including taking down old unserviceable pressure cutouts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix OP pressure cutouts including taking down old unserviceable pressure cutouts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix water pressure gauge 0 to 50 kgs with SYPHEN connection 50mm dia with ball valve including taking down old unserviceable pressure cutouts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix removable type factory made metallic pre filters of 20 micron of standard size with GI frame both side including taking out out unserviceable all as directed by Engr in Charge. Make:- Aerosol/Dyna/Maf/Zonflower

Supply and fix factory made high performance bag filters of 99 micron down to 5 micron of standard size with multiple pockets and self supporting filters bags with MS/GI anodised aluminium frame suitable for central AC Plant including replacement of bolts and nuts taking down unserviceable. Make:- Aerosol/Dyna/Maf/Zonflower

M & L for dismantling of unserviceable pump set foundation complete with MS frame and supply and fabricating of MS C type channel heavy grade of 100 x 50m dia complete with making PCC platfrom 1;3;6 C1 suitable for installing pump set upto 7.5 HP capacity all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for complete servicing after pumping down Indoor/outdoor units of split AC complete by cleaning condenser/ Evaporator coil with air blower, wet servicing of condenser coil unit with caustic soda etc, replacement of sheet metal screws wherever necessary applying oil in fan motor bushes checking and rectifying the wiring defects, proper setting of thermostat & other electrical/ Refrigerent controls, cleaning the air filter for split air conditioner upto 2 TR all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The rate deemed includes for minor spares (ii) Gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable micro processor PC board with new microprocessor PC board by dismantling /disconnecting the same carefully without disturbing other components up to 3 TR capacity AC including making necessary fixing arrangement etc., complete all as directed. Make : LG/Carrier/Voltas/Bluestar

M&l for dismantling of split AC complete inner and outer unit upto 2 TR after removing all connection like refrigerant pipe/voltage stabiliser safely and rexing the same at the other location including making all connection and testing in on position all as specified and directed. (Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include for core cutting/wall cutting including making hole for refrigerant pipe etc . No extra items except refrigerant gas if reqd shall be paid)

Suppky and fix in replacement of UNSV starting capacitor of 80/100 mfd suitable for split/window type Air conditioner upto 3 tr all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of running capacitor 25/36/45/50 mfd suitable for window/split type air conditioners up to 3 TR capacity.

Opening dismantling and removing the indoor unit of split air conditioner of cap 1.5 /2 TR and supply & fix new indoor unit of split air conditioner of 1.5/2 TR complete with making all connection all specified and directed by EIC. Make- LG/Voltas/Blue star/Samsung/Carrier or as per existing make and model

Removing defective unserviceable condensing coil fan motor from split type air-conditioners up to 3 TR capacity and supply and fix new condensing coil fan motor suitable for air conditioners upto 3 TR all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of blower of split air conditioner upto 1.5/2 TR capacity as per existing make and model suitable for make LG/Bluestar/Voltas/carrier Air conditioning including making all connection and testing for entire satisfaction to Engr-in- charge

Pressure testing and rectifying leakage in the system of window/split air conditioner up to 3 TR capacity including gas charging, testing for satisfactory performance, commissioning all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of new hermetically sealed compressor for 1.5 TR capacity split type AC including removing of unserviceable sealed compressor unit etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Emerson/Tecumshah/toal line

All as per item No-37 above but of 2 TR

Supply and fix in replacement of rotatry/scroll type compressor of cap 4.5 TR cap. Make :- Make: Emerson/Tecumshah/total line

Disconnecting and removing of the induction motor of under mentioned capacity 415 volts AC from the existing position of the following capacity of any make checking of the motor for its serviceability, transporting to workshop, opening up, cutting and removing of the burnt out winding, rewinding with same gauge of copper conductor and insulting, varnishing, greasing etc., replace 2 Nos of end ball bearings, reassemble including cleaning, oiling, greasing of internal parts, replacement of worn out nut bolts, gland packing etc, testing for proper functioning, bring back to site, refixing back in the original position, reconnecting, commissioning complete all as directed.

M & L for dismantling of unsv burnt copper conductor cable from LTF hanger door and supply and fix in replacement of multicore copper conductor FRLS round cable of size of 1.5 Sqmm 2 core all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling of unsv burnt copper conductor cable and supply and fix in replacement of multicore copper conductor FRLS round cable of size of 4 Sqmm 4 core all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling of unsv buzzer and supply and fix in replacement of unsv buzzer for LTF hanger door all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of DOL starter of AC Plant suitable for uptp 7.5 HP including taking out unservicable DOL starter all as specifed and directed. Make : BCH/L&T/Siemens

Supplying laying connection and testing armoured LT copper power cable of size 35 sqmm 3 core laying on cable tray/on wall including prooer clamping all as specified and directed. Make :Universal/Havells/Gloster/Paragon

Supply and weld GI Medium grade pipe 80mm dia including necessary MS elbows,bends collers etc includig removing of unserviceable MS pipe etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling of unserviceable Y type stainer and upply and fix new Y Type stainer of size 80 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of power pack of 11 KV vcb for tripping purpose 230 V input and 30 V DC output for fault detection and tripping purpose including making all connection for entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge all as specified and directed

Supply and weld butter fly valve of 65 mm dia made from High tension carbon steel with MS Body complete including replacement of unserviceable rusted MS flanges of suitable size etc all as directed.Make : Advace/Kirlosker/Zoloto

M & L for removing of unserviceable electronic display unit of Package type AC Plant upto 16.5 TR cap for repair purpose for showing of all parameter of Package type AC plant and refixing the same at concerned package unit and making all connection /testing all as specified and directed.
