Tender Ref. No: RCC/ERO/37/2020-21/LT-184, E-tender ID : 2021_ERO_130333_1 Important Notes: 1. Bidder have to Quote Service Charge Percent (Minimum 0%) in Highlighted Cell (blue coloured) only. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or At Par in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned / Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. 3. Bidders to save downloaded BOQ in Excel 97-2003 Format only. 4. Rates are for 24 months and GST (As applicable, (Currently @ 18.0 %)) will be paid extra as per Govt. rule. 5. Bidders shall be quoting only on Service Charge portion (Cell AY19). Reverse Auction shall be carried out only on lowest Service Charge amount (and not on Total Amount) after price bid opening. Bidders to quote accordingly.
