S&F mild steel hold fasts; for securing chowkhats and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 incuding treating hold fast with tar or coal tar black paint, sanding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing plain cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6), (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in fixing of hold fast including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain solid, straight chowkats and frames , wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed

S&F 35 mm thick factory made,2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc, (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part -I. section 8, clause 8.24(a), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, fixed in opening as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators with frame including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i)Glass/wire guage/Particle board as required shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item (ii) Design/pattern, profile sizes and other dimensions shall be of standard sizes and as directed (iii) Fixing of shutters with fittings shall be as per manufacturers instructions.

Note:-(i)Glass/wire guage/Particle board as required shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item (ii) Design/pattern, profile sizes and other dimensions shall be of standard sizes and as directed (iii) Fixing of shutters with fittings shall be as per manufacturers instructions.

Supply for anodised aluminium three track sliding window and ventilator frame side/top/shutters (weight of section not less that 0.55 Kg/RM) aluminium section without sash bar aluminium section including all necessary joining cleats,hold fast, rubber gasket anodised snap beading, anodised aluminium fittings, suitable alum handle and locking arrangement etc, two track for glass and one track for aluminium wire mess etc, including powder coated of any colour (thick of power coating not less than 50 micron) & providing AC hole complete all as specified and directed.. Note:- (i) Wire cloth /glass shall be measured and paid separately under appropiate items. (ii) Design/pattern, profile sizes and other dimensions shall be of standard sizes and as directed (iii) Fixing of shutters with fittings shall be as per manufacturers instructions.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or revited, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, including necessary prepration of surface and applying a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primercomplete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass,ordinary quality fixed with Aluminum frame work not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 450x 300x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or colour cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 20mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm and 10mm) sperately mixed with water proofing compund in top layer as per manufacturers instruction and finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid separately

M&L preparation of new wall surface applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair complete including removing debries of the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated wood surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described appling applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.
