Providing Street Décor from Divja Circle to Kala Academy.

Description: A total of 03 types of pole pennants with different artistic concept of minimum size 6’ X 3’ with suitable frame/support as required to ensure stability to be placed on 96/poles/trees stretching from Divja Circle to Kala Academy. The bottom of every pole pennant must be of clear height of 16 feet from the ground to avoid inconvenience to high vehicles and firmly secured including lighting for each Pole Pennants.

Providing Artistic, Conceptualized Self- standing sign boards, single sided to ensure stability and wind pressure of size 6’ x 3’ as per requirement of ESG (Art work to be proposed by vendor)

Erecting of Stage with complete i. Stage Construct. ii. Set Designing, Platform and Construct iii. Side Wings iv. Stage props v. Trussing as per Requirement vi. Stage skirting masking vii. Stage Décor with Light and sound requirement in accordance with the overall programme, cultural programme and design as prepared by ESG. x. Providing Housekeeping (6 Nos) and Security Services (4 Nos).1 Day

Providing 2 Seater Sofa – 10 Nos, Teapoys – 10 Nos, 500 Banquet Chairs with cloth and bow, Tables – 75 Nos. with runner, cocktail tables – 10 Nos.

Setting up of Kitchen, Food Counters (2 Nos.), Dessert Counters (2 Nos.) with artistic canopy as per the overall concept the EMA has proposed.

Lighting

Providing illumination scheme with different lighting, intelligent lighting effect as for various installation, for all The Art Décor installation proposed by the vendor, as per scope of the work. (From ESG Road to Health Department). The designer and light supplier will need to ensure that long sturdy cabling is provided in certain areas where the generator will be placed far away from the installations at a pre-determined locations as specified by ESG. The cost towards the lighting and all other charges must be included by the vender and no additional charges shall be paid as per the design proposed.

Arrival Corridor Domestic A total of 32 panels duly mounted on 4mm in size 5 feet height x 4 feet width duly fixed on glass with suitable thickness double sided tape that is fixed long the border of all 4 sides of the panel and with sufficient strips of double sided tape in centre of each panel to ensure retention as the same should not peel off or leave the glass panel

Arrival VIP lounge will have to be fixed with two 6 feet height x 3 feet width panels and mounted on 4 mm and fixed on the wall panel with double sided tape. Instructions for double sided tape must be followed as detailed for item. D No-1.

Departure VIP lounge will have to be fixed with two 6 feet height x 4 feet width panels mounted on 4 mm sunboard and fixed on the wall panel with double sided tape. Instructions for double sided tape must be followed as detailed for item. D No-1.

International arrival 5 feet height x 4 feet width panels to be fixed on two glasses on left of immigration entrance and three glasses on right of immigration entrance to be printed on 4 mm sun board and fixed with double sided tape. Instructions for double sided tape must be followed as detailed in for item. D No-1.

International baggage belt collection, 5 & 6 to have full 3d installation of IFFI with peacocks as proposed by the vendor

Cloth Banners of thick flag 180 gsm flag material outside airport in size 14 feet width x 4 feet height will need to be printed with eye lids and tied to pillars neatly with white rope. Banners to be printed as per design proposed and punch cut holes need to be neatly placed for wind pass through.

Providing P3 led screens of size 12ft x 10 ft with platform as per requirement at 3 ft height and all other required accessories for plug and play near Domestic and International conveyor belts

Road Installations

Providing Art Décor at various locations with 3 Dimensional installations (i) IFFI Logo with Decor – 1 No. (ii) ESG Logo with Décor – 1 No. (iii) Peacock with Décor – 2 Nos. with complete black masking on back side of the Art Installations and supports as required with complete lighting of the installations as required at the following locations: Each Circle/Junction should have different types of designs. Miramar Circle KTC Circle Divja Circle Mapusa Circle Cortalim/Dabolim Circle

Goan Entertainment Village

Supply & erecting strong and sturdy Open stage on rental basis made out of M.S structure for holding various cultural programmes of size 20’x24’ with 4ft height stage having wooden steps in front and one side of the stage, flooring should be made out of 19mm thick ply wood covered with approved color carpet and suitable back drop cultural programme and required lights, truss, sound and generators as required for cultural and entertainment programme. Two separate green room of suitable size placed behind stage duly lit and covered with cloth (including roof) which should not be transparent. and 200 nos of plastic moulded chairs of reputed make from 21st Nov to 28th Nov 2022. General lighting on two towers will need to be provided with required lights consisting of halogens and metal-halide.

Providing complete 3 d Main Entrance Arc with Décor & Lighting arrangement on rental basis and 02 3d peacocks on both the sides

Fabrication & erection of Food Stalls / Handicraft Stalls. Providing 10ft x 8ft food / handicraft stalls including Each stall will have 1 fire extinguisher, 1 dustbin, Pedestal Fan, One 15/5 amp power socket and one tube light. The Agency should also arrange the vendors to manage the food stalls and Handicraft stalls. The food and Handicraft stalls to be scattered across IFFI Mile and Entertainment Zone. Preference should be given to Goan food and Goan Handicrafts. The location will be finalized in consultation with ESG.

Daily Programme (2 Show) of 3 hours duration from 21st Nov to 28th Nov 2022.

IFFI SMALL PERFORMANCE STAGES ALONG FESTIVAL MILE To fabricate small performance stages with backdrop approx. 8 x 8 feet platform at 2 feet height and a backdrop of 8 x 8 feet. The Agency should also arrange Sound, Lighting for entertainment performances such as busking, Unplugged Music etc.
