Repairing and Rewinding of faulty 100KVA, 11KV/0.415KV Transformer with associated works at Telephone Exchange Phulbani under Berhampur BA.

Shifting the faulty 100KVA 11KV/0.415KV Oil cooled outdoor type Transformer from Sub Station yard to outside of the compound (to the public road / loading point) by manually (as there is no access to the Crane/Hydra) i/c arranging the required man power, tools and tackles etc. as required.

Transportation of the above 100KVA Transformer from Telephone Bhawan, Phulbani to transformer factory/ work shop at Berhampur by truck i/c escorting and payment of toll taxes and loading & unloading etc. as required. (Approx.170Kms for one side journey)

Dismantling the faulty 100KVA 11KV/0.415KV oil cooled aluminium wound Transformer at work shop after draining out the transformer oil, removing the conservator tank, terminal boxes, HT and LT bushings and other accessories, removing the job from transformer tank with help of chain pully, assessing the materials required / works to be carried out etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of the HV windings of 100 KVA, 11KV/0.415KV, 50 Hz Aluminium wound oil cooled outdoor type Distribution Transformer (Delta-Star) with superior grade and suitable size Transformer winding conductors with insulations, providing re-insulation of LT winding, pressing, brazing, HV and LV studs i/c lathe works, providing suitable size aluminium flats/conductors from HV & LV windings to bushings, including reassembling the core & windings and all the aforesaid parts after rewinding/repairing, pouring of superior quality and grade Transformer oil (supply of Transformer oil is not included in this item), replacement of worn out gaskets/pressure boards by new rubberized gaskets and pressure boards of required thickens and quantities, providing new nuts, bolts and washers/cork washers etc., replacement of Breather with silica gel and gaskets and oil glass with gaskets, heating in heat chamber, carrying out factory tests as per technical specifications, inside and outside painting of Transformer tank etc. complete as required. (The dismantled aluminium winding and other materials can be retained by the Contractor and credit for the same to be given in the quoted rate of this item).

Supplying and filling of transformer oil (IS:325) of suitable make & grade for replacement of old deteriorated oil at factory /workshop i/c filtration etc. complete as required. (The old and deteriorated Transformer Oil may be retained by the Contractor).

Transportation of the above 100KVA Transformer from transformer back from factory at Berhampur to Telephone Bhawan, Phulbani by truck i/c escorting and payment of toll taxes and loading & unloading etc. as required. (Approx.170Kms for one side journey)

Installation, testing and commissioning of the 100KVA, 11KV/0.415KV repaired Transformer on 11KV DP structure, connection of HT /LT conductors/Cables, earthings etc. as required.

Providing and making hiring charges for the existing 63KVA hired Transformer during the repairing/rewinding period of the faulty 100KVA Transformer etc. as required.

Liaison with different units of the supply authority i.e. Field units etc. for obtaining shut down of 11KV line to carry out the replacement and re-installation of the repaired Transformer, re-energization, testing and re-commissioning etc. as required.
