Purchase will be made from the OEMs {MESSER (DGN OXY)) , ESAB (PROTEX RO) , GCE (FR-34 R OXY) and WITT (OXYGEN RF53N) only } or their authorized dealer with Tender Specific Authorization only. Authorized dealers have to submit tender specific authorization with their offer, otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

Offers received without make/brands or with vague mentions like "0", NIL, "as per tender" etc will be rejected. Participating firms should mention their offered make/brand with model against tendered item in the corresponding make/brand column without fail. Ambiguity in the form of offering multiple make/brands, not mentioning make/brand will be treated as disadvantage to the bidder and its bid offer may be liable to be rejected.

Have you ensured that you have not quoted/uploaded any commercial /technical deviations/financial term in place other than specified in the tender enquiry as the same will not be considered and will be ignored. Any contract placed after ignoring such financial / commercial terms at the place other than the specified in tender enquiry will be binding on you.

Failure consequences: In case the firm fails to execute the contract within the original delivery period, the purchaser will be entitled to impose liquidated damages for extension of delivery period. For any reason, if the supplier fails to supply goods as per the conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, Purchaser shall have the right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by the way of penalty, an amount equal to 10% of the defaulted order amount. These damages shall be treated as recoveries outstanding against the vendor and dealt with accordingly.
