Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) other than ground floors not exceeding 15cm thickness and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.
M&L Reinforced cement concrete (1:1.5:3), type A1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof slabs supported on walls, beam etc all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.
S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished fair and even all as specified and directed.
M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing),removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as directed.
M&L for white glazed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm thick, as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick backing on stone/brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.
S&F Stainless steel sinks 1mm thick with plugs, washers and waste; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf walls, or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm, bowl size 410 x 330 x 160mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel chromium plated curtain rod 20mm dia fixed to wall including suitable bracket complete all as specified and directed.
