GE/KHU-94/2025-26 REPAIR MAINT TO HARDSTANDING AND PATHWAYS AT VARIOUS ZONES OF KHUMBATHANG IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I KHUMBATHANG UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water & Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35Grade with grey cement and with pigment used, excluding laying of sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Sand will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Proving and laying at or near ground level kerb stone cast-in-situ of ratio 1:1:2 (Nominal Mix) grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature, including taking down of existing kerb stone and nesessary excavation and returning filling to fix the kerb stone as required and making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300x 300x 20mm thick set and jointed in neat cement surry & pointed with grey cement and pigment to match, over and included 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor any type and any position and paving including PCC tiles any type n exc (below or above GL) all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick, cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors & pavings, plinth protection, path, etc. finishing top surface even and Smooth with using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded aggregate) in floor as PCC padding for tiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 9 mm thick Prelaminated Partical Board interior grade prelamination one side & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling including dismantling/ taking down wall and ceilling boards of any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for 11 to12 mm thick Prelaminated Partical Board interior grade prelamination one side & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall including dismantling/ taking down wall and ceilling boards of any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge..

Dismantling unframed timber fillets, rails, posts rafter purlins under 40 Sqcm in sectional area.

S&F of 2nd class HW plain fillets Square rectangular/triangular in section clean sawn secured with nails sec area exc 13 & n.exc 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 2nd class HW plain fillets square rectangular, triangular in section wrought with nails sectional area exc. 3 and n.exc 6 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 2nd class HW plain fillets square rectangular, triangular in section wrought with nails sectional area n'exc. 3 Sqcm as in beadings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wooden floor tiles of size 1200 x 200 mm and 7 mm thick with dove tailed joints laid over 3mm thick foam as per manufacturers instructions including taking down of old wooden flooring any type and fixed with decorative wooden beadings as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge, complete.

M&L for factory made second class soft wooden battens kiln dried spruce or pine profiled lumber, not less than 12mm thick, length 3000 mm & width 110-120 mm insert each other with male and female grooves fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall/ ceiling panelling, shelves atc including dismantling old wall/ ceiling board any type and applying under coating and finishing coats of wood polishing complete all as specified and directed .

S&F of Pre painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws/J Hook as per site requirement incl taking down/ dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Pre painted galvalume aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Ridges/ Valley roof covering /cladding etc to wall fixed with self tapping screws J Hook as per site requirement incl taking down/ dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws/self tapping screw J Hook as per site requirement and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275. incl taking down/ dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 incl taking down/ dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of Roof truss (framed) trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam tee, angle,hollow section, channel or flat sections) inclusing distance pieces,cleats etc Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red lead primed steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 46,825.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
