Replacement of wooden doors at design department with toughened glass door

Dismantling double door shutters, including all fittings & fixtures, by manual means, stacking the serviceable materials, and disposing of the unserviceable materials at locations within CSL, within a lead of 500m, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include the cost of all labour, hire charges for tools & plants, and all other incidental charges, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 12mm frameless double leaf toughened glass door with 450 x 25mm stainless steel (Grade 304) handles, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivots, and all necessary fixing arragements. Providing and fixing a double acting hydraulic floor spring of approved brand for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing. The work shall include making all required holes and cutouts for fixing the door fittings, providing and fixing a suitable locking arrangement, and supplying all necessary accessories, fasteners, and consumables. The rate shall include the cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, installation charges and all other incidental expenses required to complete the work in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
