Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads January 2014 clause 305.3 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super elevation and levels as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.
Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand: ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete including cost of from work in retaining walls / breast walls the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm (one hundred fifty to three hundred millimetre) as per PWD technical specifications including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated P.C.C. M-10 (ten) grade for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Coursed rubble stone masonary (second sort) in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) for sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702, 704, 1202 & 1206 including curing and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1206.6 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement as per technical specification clause 303.3 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Techanical Specifications Clause 401 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 63 mm to 45 mm ( sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred kN) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density in Grade-II by mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of sizes 53-22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimetres) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III by mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Preparing and applying primer coat of water soluble organo silane Nano Technology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water (<1000 (less than one thousand) ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1 kg (one kilogramme) organo silane nanotechnology: 100kg (one hundred kilogramme) cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI: 200 (two hundred) litre water. Mixing and spraying by taking 1kg (one kilogramme) of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 (two hundred) litre water while filling in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg (one hundred) cationic bitumen under circulation and mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 1 kg/ sqm (at the rate of one kilogramme per square metre) on compacted stone base complete as per MoRD specification clause 502 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparing and applying tack coat of water soluble organo silane nono techonology (for bitumen emulsion application IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen CRSI and water (<1000 (less than one thousand) ppm TDS) in ratio of 1kg (one kilogramme) organo silane : 100 kg (one hundred kilogramme) cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI : 200 (two hundred) litre water. Mixing and Spraying by taking 1.4 kg (one point four kilogramme) of organo silane nano technology and add in 200 (two hundred) litre water, while filling water in tanker/ drum and then add 100 kg (one hundred kilogramme) cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation and mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 0.3 -0.4 kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point three to zero point four kilogramme per square metre) on compacted stone base complete as per MoRD specification clause 503 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) thickness with organo silane nanotechnology composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre) using VG-10 (ten) bitumen mixed with organo silane nano technology 0.1% (zero point one per cent) by weight of bitumen VG-10 (ten) binder to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN (eighty-hundred kN) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per technical specification clause 506 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying seal coat with silane nanotechnology sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per technical specification clause 508 of MoRD with VG-10 (ten) grade bitumen mixed with organo silane nano technology 0.1% (zero point one per cent) by weight of VG-10 (ten) bitumen binder laid complete as per direction including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing.Three MS plates of 1.6mm (one point six millimeter) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm (twenty five millimeters x five millimeter) size on back on edges.The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeters x twenty five millimetres x five millimeters). Providing and fixing 200 meter stone (pre-cast) with reinforced cement concrete M:15 (fifteen) grade of standard design as per IRC : 8 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetra as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1703 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (i) to (viii) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads January 2014 for rural roads including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
