Construction of 4.20M high igloo 1.1 UNHD for 15MT NEC with platform (15.00M X9.00 M) including around Earth filling and VIFT complete all as specified and shown on drawings and directed.

Construction of 01 No Sentry post complete all as specified and shown on drawings and directed.

Construction of Static water tank 2,25,000 litres capacity complete all as specified and shown on drawings and directed.

Sch 'A' Part-X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) from Item No. 10.00 to 35.00 Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation and earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under SCH A PART-IX (SITE CLEARANCE, EXCAVATION & EARTH WORK schedule).

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:- M&L for Point wiring in concealed manner with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS of size 1.5 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, In stove enamelled conduit not less than 20 mm dia including sunken boxes and cover 3.0 mm thick for mounting of switch/sockets including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface for One light point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed Note: Cutting chases (if required) and making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate.

Material and labour for flame proof junction boxes with spigotted cover 4 way complete suitable for fixing 20mm stove enamelled conduit complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing FLP metallic flexible hose conduit 3/4 inch (20mm) conduit 500mm long complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing flame proof CI/MS bends 3/4 inch (20mm), 90 /40 degree complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Flame proof rotary 16A single pole switch with cable Termination box in LM6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Flame proof MCB DB LM 6, 4 way complete all as specified and directed

M& L for FLP-WP MCB single pole up to 10 A complete all as specified and directed

M& L for FLP-WP double pole up to 25 A complete all as specified and directed

FENCING AND GATE:- M&L for Steel gate 5.50 m wide and 2.0 m height double leaf including foundation guide rails, stoppers two coats of cement base paint to pillars and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chromate primer to steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in soft/disintegrated rocks etc, mass concrete 1:4:8 type D2, complete all as specified and shown on drawing no TD/2008/101 sheet no 1/3 to 3/3.

FIRE FIGHTINING Supply, fixing and testing of cast iron foot valve 100mm size, flanged ends swing type, as per IS-4038 complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION:- Taking out and relaying of existing under ground LT cable of Size up to 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed Note. Earth work shall be measured and paid in respective items under respective Schedule.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of outdoor type feeder pillar box of suitable size factory made openable from front & rear double door type, dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with 4 Nos heat shrink insulated aluminium bus bar of 200 Amps rating including all connection with aluminium bus bar strip, feeder pillar box shall be provided with danger notice plate with skull & bone sign, making all electrical incoming and outgoing electrical cable connection with new lugs , glands to be provided at cable entries , including , MS channel frame of ISMC 75 at the base of panel only for grouting purpose and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed and comprising following accessories:-

S&F in outdoor Bus bar chamber comprising of 4 Nos aluminium strip bus bars of 450mm length, air insulated and PVC sheathed capacity 200 amps rating with color coding and mounted on porcelain insulators housed in box of six 600mmx 600mmx250 mm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheets with indication lamps (RYB) including connection with LT cable with necessary cable gland and proper lugs complete with lock & key arrangement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Street light bracket made of GI pipe 32 mm dia made to shape at 120 degree including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Junction box made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet of size 50mmx250mmx150mm with hinged door and locking arrangement including aluminium bus bar of size 25x3mm three phase & Neutral fixed on insulator, including one No MCB SP 6 amps & painting a box with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and draw PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm 3 runs from street light fitting to junction box to on poles of 9 mtrs and making necessary connection both at junction box and street light fittings including suitable size PVC conduit and fixing accessories complete

Material and labour for street light Time lite distribution boards (Astronomical type) 32 Amp 3 pole/230 Volts suitable for outdoor operation, including Astronomical time switch infra red sensor for automatic operation of lights as per seasonal variation of daylights, relay , MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of solar street light 20 W comprising of high efficiency LEDs, efficient Mono-crystalline solar panel, new age lithium Ferro phosphate battery, silicon encapsulated high efficiency MPPT charge controller, uniquely designed aluminium housing for better dissipation & strategically placed perforation allowing natural air passive circulation within & in to the housing for improved thermal management of internal components, including mounting bracket, in built PIR Motion sensor complete all as specified and directed.

(EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY):- Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9”,100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.0 PN, 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of existing CI/DI pipe line of 150 mm bore and inserting Tee 150x150x150 mm for taking branch connection including necessary joints and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber size (1100x1100x1000 mm internal dimensions) with compromise the followings complete all as specified and directed:- (a) PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundation (b) 100mm thick brick masonry in half brick wall in CM(1:4) with 50mm thick coping type B-1 PCC(1:2:4) (c) Rendering on internal and external walls in Cement mortar (1:4) walls up to 150 mm below GL (d) provision of 3mm thick MS plate welded with hinges, handles,l ocking arrangements as per directed , (e) Angle iron frame size ISA 50mm x50mm x 6mm thick for chamber cover and fixed with the using 4 Nos hold fasts made of MS flat iron size 50 x6 mm thick of suitable length, (f) Mild steel chamber cover 4 mm thick, brazed with MS flats 50 x 6 mm fixed with 200 mm length, 10mm dia MS bar handle with welded and locking arrangement (g) Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coats cement based (h) Preparation of steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

SPECIAL ITEM:- Supply only fibre reinforced factory made dunnage of size 6”x6”x6”complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Make of the same item shall be approved by CWE
