Charpoy Wooden : FD-36 Removing of unserviceable ply top from charpoy wooden and S & F new ply top 12mm thick plywood BWR commercial type of size (1980x900)mm and complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) 18 Nos with nuts & bolts to be used in this item. (ii) Note applicable for Ser No 1 to 7 : Ref Drwg No FD-36)

Taking out old long rails/short rails/legs from Charpoy wooden and S& F of new long rails only made of 2nd Class hard wood shown on drawing and complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only short rails of Charpoy wooden made out of old long rails fixing in position at both ends upto 22mm to be fitted to the frame as shown on drg and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Old long rails shall be retrived from item No 2 here-in-before. (ii) Rate of long rails converting into short rail two (02 Nos) shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Fixing only legs of Charpoy wooden made out of old short rail fixing in position at one end to be fitted to the frame as shown on drg and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Old short rails shall be retrived from item No 2 here-in-before. (ii) Rate of short rails converting into legs shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Taking out corner S&F new corner made out of (25 x 5) mm MS flat Iron in 90 degree angle with suitable holes for fixing from the legs/rails and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of screws required for corner shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Taking out Stiffener from charpoy wooden, S&F new stiffener made out of size (25 x 5) mm (approx 1mtr length) and fix to long rail with nuts and bolts not less than 8mm dia including drilling holes in stiffener and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed.
