The tenderer should complete the provisions of the contract labour (Regulation and Abolition Act 1970) and the corresponding Karnataka Rules 1974

To qualify for award of this contract each tender in his or her in the last 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-26) should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value of on going works) as prime contractor at least one similar nature of work as value not less than Rs. 9.31 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the amount put to tender under this contract.) Work done Certificate issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division work of the previous year shall be updated to 2025-26 by giving weightage of 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited) Note Similar nature of work means Bidder should done the work in Fabrication work Experience in Dam/Barrage gate repairs Work since last 5 years (Any one year) as above mentioned years.

Latest copy of the Income Tax return for financial year 2025-26 (Assesment year 2026-27)

The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than Amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 18.61 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2026-27 (turnover during 2021-22 to 2025-26 only will be considered) duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited per annum upto 2025-26. Audited profit and loss statement (with year wise turnover statement) certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with Compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished

Liquid Assets and or availability of cridet facilities of not less than Rs. 5.59 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letters of credit / certificate from banks) for meeting the fund requirements etc., (usavaly the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in peak construction period)

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Tender capacity ( Ax Nx 2.5- B ) where A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years(2021-22 to 2025-26) (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 1/12 years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.
