M&L for Earth work for Grease Trap / Soak well/septic tank/manholes/sewage lines etc and similar works in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, exc 30cm in width including getting out and disposal of all kind of soil excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 10mtr as directed by Engineer-incharge

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass filling in drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendring 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proof compound (LWPC will be measured and paid seperately) on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed. Make : Pidilite (Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW) or equivalent of Fosroc / Sika / STP

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm gradded stone agg )as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, drain channels, copings,parapets copings, haunching, benching, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks, plain black sheet door shutters, door chowkats (frames) ,chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; grease trap cover,fasterning for concrete, ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., , and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L painting to new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromic primer including preparation of surfaces.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance exc 50m but not exc 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above or below the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in inculding spreading ,levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers nit exc 25 cm Soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
