Easing and adjusting of rolling shutters including greasing of all moving components, tightening if required, all complete to ensure unhindered , smooth and proper opening and closing movement and operation as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Periodic cleaning of sewer line, sewer manhole,gully chamber by using bamboo/rod for clearing the sewer line,taking out sludge, debris, rubbish and other waste materials, if any, from the sewer line and flooding/flushing with sufficient quantity of water with pressure to ascertain thorough cleaning of drainage system for smooth and proper functioning of sewer line including disposal of the all waste material outside the muncipal limit or burried into pits at safe available distance as directed all complete. (Note-The operation includes cost of all and nothing shall be paid extra on any account)
