Sweeping & cleaning of colony area, roads, approaches along with parties, general park area, around the residential and non-residential buildings of colony as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Besides the above work, the work also includes cleaning of drains upto 300 mm depth, bush cutting in parties. The Work includes all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Frequency of sweeping daily and cleaning of drains twice a week. (One Job means sweeping of the above area for one month). NSI

Removal of debris, waste material, any other material, rubbish etc. on road side / park /dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolley within the specified colonies as desired by the Engineer-in-charge, including cost of all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper loading /unloading and safe disposal of the same, waste or any other material etc. outside the Colony area/periferry/premises (upto a distance of 8 to 10 Kms) required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. NSI

Cleaning of drains having depth more than 300 mm including disposal of refuse within 30 m at specified place with proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Rate including cost of all necessary arrangements with required T&P etc. for (rainy season July, August & September. (One Job means daily cleaning of drains for one month with all required T&P etc. complete). NSI

Cleaning of chamber including disposal of waste out side the nigam area/periferry/premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper complection of the work. NSI

Cleaning obstruction in choaked WC seat up to septic tank / soak pit for smooth use including disposal of waste out side the nigam area/periferry/premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. NSI

Cleaning of septic tank by removal of sludge, including disposal of waste material etc. outside the Colony area/periferry/premises (upto a distance of 5 to 8 Kms) by Power transport as directed by Engineer–in-charge using bucket, rope, trolley, power transport and all other T&P etc., including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. NSI

Cleaning of Septic Tank by mechanical means i.e by using sludge removal pumps etc., including proper disposal of soil waste, water and sludge etc. outside the Colony area/periferry/premises (upto a distance of 5 to 8 Kms) also including cost of all materials, labour and T&P, transportation, hire charges of Tanker etc. required for proper completion of the work. (The tank used for collection of soil waste, water and sludge etc. should not be less than 4500 Litres capacity). NSI

Providing and laying lime as per direction of Engineer-in–charge including cost of all materials, labour and T& P etc. required for proper complection of the work. NSI

Disposal of dead body of big animals like buffalo, cow, hourse etc. from colony area to outside the nigam's premises and dump the same after excavating the pit and sprinkling the salt in sufficient quantity, refilling the pit, including cost/supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. NSI

Engaging and operation of one no. Hydraulic excavator cum loader machine (preferably JCB) with one operator/driver and one helper including cost of the fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide / excavation earth etc. in dry and wet condition complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Payment for engaging excavator cum loader shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If machine is trapped in slip/earth etc., contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul the machine, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and machine shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor. (as per approved rate). NSI

Door to Door collection of Garbage in UJVN residences of Tons Colony of Dakpathar residential Colony including T & P, Labour etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fogging Treatment of the colony area around New Yamuna Colony and Old Yamuna Colony residences for mosquito treatment using appropriate chemical as per prescribed standard, including supply of materials, labour, T & P for proper completion of the work as per direction of Er-in-Charge (One Job means fogging tretament of the colony area for one day)

Cutting of grass/bush using bush cutter in dakpathar residential colony including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Enginner-in-Charge. NSI

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared including supply of materials, labour, T & P for proper completion of the work as per direction of Er-in-Charge.
