SH-I: CMC of Air Conditioners

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of High wall Split Type Air-Conditioners of all makes of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR Capacity at different locations of Jorhat Airport including repairing/replacing of faulty components, all necessary spares, consumbles, filters,gas,PCB Board and compressor etc., preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and emergency call service etc., to keep equipment in perfect condition etc as required and as per directions of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: AICMC of one No. AC for one month shall be treated as 1 Job.The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST.)

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 4.0 TR capacity Voltas make Cassette type Air-conditioners and all its related accessories at Terminal Building of Jorhat Airport including repairing/replacing of faulty components, all necessary spares, consumbles, filters,gas,PCB Board and compressor etc., preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and emergency call service etc., to keep equipment in perfect condition etc as required and as per directions of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: AICMC of one No. AC for one month shall be treated as 1 Job.The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST.)

Carrying out repair of voltage stabilizer upto 5KVA capacity suitable for above split A/C units i/c dismantling,repairing and refixing etc. as and when required (On need basis)

Supply of cordless remote of different makes for 1.0/1.5/2.0/4.0 TR split/cassette A/C units as and when required.

Dismantling of following Type Air-Conditioners including Indoor and outdoor units and all accessories ,outdoor unit's angle iron support etc and filling the hole of the dismantled wall, plastering etc as required. (On need basis)

a) High Wall Split Type Air-conditioners of all makes upto 2.0 Tr capacity

b) Cassette ACs upto 4 Tr.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following type of AC units of any make i/c fitting of indoor and outdoor unit at their respective locations, drilling holes in the wall using suitable hardwares, outdoor angle iron supporting arrangement, leak testing of entire system, charging refrigerant gas in the unit , making good the surface as per requirement of the site(On need basis)

a) High Wall Split Type Air-conditioners of all makes upto 2.0 Tr capacity

b) Cassette ACs upto 4 Tr.

Supply & Installation of additional Refrigerant copper piping of suitable size b/w Indoor and Outdoor units, including protective external covering with 10mm thick closed cell Polyethylene foam insulation or nitrile rubber or PUF with all necessary supports,fittings,brazing and leak proof arrangements as required and recommended by the OEM.(On need basis) Refrigerant copper piping: For 1TR: Suction Tube 1/2" & Liquid Tube 1/4" For 1.5TR: Suction Tube 1/2" & Liquid Tube 1/4" For 2TR: Suction Tube 5/8" & Liquid Tube 3/8" For 4TR: Suction Tube 3/4" & Liquid Tube 1/2"

a) SITC of Suction Tube & Liquid Tube for 1TR & 1.5 TR AC

b) SITC of Suction Tube & Liquid Tube for 2TR AC

c) SITC of Suction Tube & Liquid Tube for 4 TR AC

Supplying of following thickness closed cell elastrometric nitrile rubber of class ‘O’ as per specifications and as required complete in all respect.(On need basis)

a) 9 mm thick , 5/8' dia

b) 9 mm thick ,1/2' dia

Supply of Standard Outdoor wall bracket with vibration pad of suitable size for different capacity of AC's complete as and when required at site.

a) Split AC upto 1.0/1.5/2 TR (Outdoor)

Supply and fixing of wall mounting type new 5KVA Voltage stabilizer suitable for 1.5/2 ton Inverter type split AC units suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz. AC supply capable of performing with working voltage range 170 Volt to 270 Volt with high/low voltage cut off, ON delay etc., including dismantling of existing stbalizer as required.

Supply & Installation of followig size drain pipe as and when required

a) 20 mm PVC flexible drain pipe

b) 20 mm dia PVC pipe i/c PVC fittings such as Tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, Union, sleeve pieces, gaskets,nuts/bolts & necessary clamps, screws, supports etc.

SH-II CMC of Water coolers and Water purifiers.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract of Pure chill RO-80 PSS/ Equivalent water purifier cum cooler (Make:Aquaguard) alongwith its external industrial Iron-removal Filter at Jorhat airport including providing all necessary spares & consumables , Filters,Taps, compressor including Pump, UV lamp etc. (except Item mentioned in Sl. No. 16) as required to keep the equipment in perfect working condition etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: AICMC of one No. Purifier cum Cooler for one month shall be treated as 1 Job.The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST.)

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract of UV-80 PSS/Pure Chill RO-80 PSS/Equivalent Water cooler cum Purifier (Make:Aquaguard) at Jorhat airport including providing all necessary spares & consumables , Filters , Taps, compressor including Pump,UV lamp etc. (except Items mentioned in Sl. No. 16) as required to keep the equipment in perfect working condition etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: AICMC of one No. Purifier cum Cooler for one month shall be treated as 1 Job.The quoted rate shall be exclusive of GST.)

No. 16) as required to keep the equipment in perfect working condition etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 15Ltr (min) water flow Reverse Osmosis (RO) online water filter cum purifier with min five stage purification of pre-filter, anti-scale, pre-carbon filter, sediment filter, RO membrance, UV etc., including 8ltr (min) RO water storage capacity tank with suitable stand with 10 inch external iron removal filter and Pre-filter, suitable for operation on 230 volts +/- 10%, 50 Hz single phase AC supply complete with all accessories as required (Eureka Forbes, Kent, Blue Star or Equivalent)

Comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 Ton window/Split type AC with voltage stablizer of Air- conditioners of different makes at different locations including replacement of defective compressor by company make new / company repaired compressor only, providing all necessary consumables, spares and refrigerent etc complete as required as per tender specifications. (Per Unit per Month)
