Earth work in excavation for construction of drains/manholes/chambers/pipes in all kinds of soils, including i) removal of hard crust of WBM/Black Top road surface unhygienic material, ii) Demolition of lime concrete/ cement concrete/RCC/RS masonry/Brick masonry(dry or in any mix), iii) dressing of sides and remaining of bottoms, iv) open/ close timbering costs, v) Dewatering on account of all possible factors such as seepage, broken water mains, rains, snow etc. vi) cutting down trees, removal of grass/ vegetation, bushes and tree trunks. vii) refilling of trenches viii) stacking of serviceable materials within a lead of 100 mtrs. ix) Disposal of all surplus excavated earth and/or unserviceable materials by Mechanical transport/manual labour up to the final dumping site as directed by Executive In charge (Complete job)

Providing and laying of dry stone soling (Quarry). Hand packing tightly including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by mechanical transport/head load complete job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of Centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 course sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and Carriages of material by mechanical transport/head load complete job. Specification of material 53 grade (OPC) khyber, JK Cement Shall be used.

Providing and laying of non- pressure NP-4 R.c.c pipes of 450mm internal diameter heavy duty including collar/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement motar in the portion of 1:2 ( 1 cement and 2 fine sand ) including testing of joints including all sorts of carriage mechanial/ manual involved extra complete job.
