Repairs to 150 HP ATS Starter of lift irrigation scheme Zalkhai at site by way of: a) Removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment b) The job includes the charge for p/f LED phase indicator with surge protection of reputed make (3no) c) The job also includes the charge for providing & fitting of new coil for MNX 325 contactor having volt 415V, 50HZ. d) The job also includes the charge for providing & fitting of brass bolts with nuts as per sample for incoming and outgoing connections. for ATS (1kg) e) job also includes the charge for replacement of voltmeter & Ampere meter (0-500) of reputed make for starter f) Providing, fitting & setting of electro pneumatic timing relay with timing range up to 60s coil voltage 415V.(2NO & 2NC double block ON/OFF delay).

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 200 Amp MCCB with enclosure and having breaking capacity 50KA at 415V for lift irrigation scheme zalkhai .The MCCB shall be 03 pole and having adjustable thermal and magnetic setting and shall be of reputed make. The job includes providing/ fitting of copper thimbles at both input and output terminals. All the tools /tackles, carriage, skilled labours etc. involved in the job are to be provided by the firm.

Repairs to 150KVA voltage stabilizer of lift irrigation scheme Zalkhai at site by way of removing all incoming and outgoing connections, then opening the lid of voltage stabilizer, taking out assembly carefully from container without any damage with the help of skilled labour and other tools & tackles. Replacement of brass bush rod/ bush cup of 25 mm of output side with the help of skilled labours 3kg. Assembling of all parts of voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all incoming and outgoing connections & tested on full load.

Replacement of damaged thimbles with new ones of 400 Sq mm copper three no, 300 sq mm copper two no at lift irrigation scheme irrigation scheme Gantamulla.

Replacement of damaged H.T cable kit of 35 sq mm cable at lift irrigation scheme Gantamulla.
