Design-assist, independent proof-check, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one complete 15-passenger (1020 kg) MRL traction lift for G+4 (five stops), with gearless PMSM, closed-loop VVVF drive, rated speed not less than 1.0 m/s; well dimension (clear inside) not less than {2200(W) x 1900(D)mm}; car size (inside) not less than 1600×1500×2200 mm; centre-opening doors (clear) not less than (1000×2000 mm); simplex selective-collective control without attendant; leveling accuracy ±10 mm, Braille/tactile markings; voice annunciation; overload protection; safety gear; buffers; counterweight screen; IP54 controller at top landing/adjacent niche; automatic rescue device (to nearest landing with in ≤10 sec response, ≥7 rescues/day); and firefighter’s operation as per NBC 2016 and Delhi Lift Rules. MAP floor: Topmost. Car travel ≈ 15,200 mm. Civil Works: Includes front-attached light-gauge framed lift shaft (IS 801/800/875) with 2-hour fire-rated enclosure, embeds/inserts, OEM-compatible connections; headroom 4500 mm (or OEM minimum if specifically approved without reducing safety); RCC pit 1600 mm with sump, permanent ladder, waterproofing, buffers/guards, and making-good of finishes to match existing. Electrical works: 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz incomer with MCCB & RCD; FR/FRLS copper cabling; segregated power/control containment; shaft & pit lighting and maintenance socket; SLD & as-built documentation; earthing to IS 3043 with resistance at equipment ≤ 1 Ω. Interfaces & controls: Fireman’s switch at Ground with logic per code; two-way hands-free intercom in COP with provision for parallel link at GF reception; door nudging; extra adjustable door-open time at Ground Floor; infra-red curtain door protection; BMS interface with potential-free contacts for (a) Lift Direction and (b) Lift Position (status if required); stainless-steel Braille signage outside lift lobby. Statutory: liaison, dossier and inspections for Lift Licence with the competent authority; all fees deemed included unless otherwise provided. Service during DLP: Comprehensive maintenance for 24 months (24×7×365) including spares/consumables, rescue ≤30 min, minor fix ≤4 h, major ≤2 days, logs & reports; enforced via Defect-Attendance Reserve (5% of Accepted Contract Amount) withheld from Final Bill (independent of Performance Security).
