Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for glazed joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick in vertical surface as in skirting & dado, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 Sqm set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above gound level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in path surface finished rough complete all as specified and as directed.
