Annual maintenance

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegitation, grass, bushes,shurbs,saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of un serviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness for light jungle conforming to MoSRT & H Clause 201 for A-B Road from Km. 49/0 to 76/8

Stripping the excess soil from the shoulders surface to achieve the approved level for sectioning the berms / shoulders (or) making up of loss of material / irrigularities on the shoulders designed level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting with appropriate equipment and labour charges for all operations and all incidental charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge of the work for A-B Road from Km. 49/0 to 76/8

Providing gravel berms with best gravel to irrespective of thickness in layers including cost, seigniorage, conveyance and including labour charges for all operations such as spreading gravel in layers, all water leads, watering and rolling with hand roller and all incidental charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge of the work. for A-B Road from Km. 49/0 to 76/8

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost,seignorage of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with Manual Means in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Power Road Roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (4th revision) for finished item of work. for A-B Road from Km. 49/0 to 76/8

Providing BT Patch work for Pot holes of depth ranging from 70mm and above using 40mm HBG metal with arequired quantity of 10/12 mm HBG M/C key chips and 80/100 Grade Bitumen at 42 Kgs per 1Cum of work for filling the pot holes and ceiling the filled up pot hole with 15c thick layer using 10-12mm HBG chips and 80100 grade Bitumen at 72kg 1cu including reoval of loose material in the pot hole triing the edges to provide firm verticle faces cleaning applying tack coat filling pot hole ccopacting finishing and binding the surface using stone dust/sand including cost of mterials T&P and labour charges for all operations etc complete for A-B Road from Km. 49/0 to 76/8
