Construction work of a hall in the premises of the divisional hospital of Azamgarh District-1

Excavation in foundation in ordinary Soil (Loam, Clay or sand) including, lift upto 1.50 M and lead Upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30.0m from the foundation trencches. Excluding royalty @ 14.00 per cum.( S.I. No.251)

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the regular pits not exceefing 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels & slope & also including 1.50m lift & 30m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding Royalty) S.I. No. 253 (165.00+230.10-35.00)=360.10

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 Fine sand : 12 Brick ballast 40 mm gauge) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of E/ I. (S.I No. 273)

Sand filling in plinth under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m and including cost of sand.

R.C.C. work with cement,approved coarse sand and 4cm gauge stone ballast in proportions of 1:2:4 in raft and foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing & binding the same with 24 B.W.G G.I wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials labour ,tools & plants etc required for proper completion of work. Binding wire cost being included in the item,M-25 Footing

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D in plain work such as reinforced concrete/brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel,its wastage over lapping shall be measured.

12 mm thick plaster in 1:6 cement & c'sand mortor over brick work minimume thickness not less then 10 mm including all supply of meterial , Labour T&P etc

Providing and laying cement concrete in 4:2:1 of not less than strength of M-150 stone ballast (20 mm nominal size), approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete including of cost of form work in foundation and floors-completion of the work as per direction of the E / I.

Fabrication of Mild steel or iron work in heavy size such as trusses, built up gates, door frames, record rack roofs, gates etc. brought to required form including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts and wastage etc. and there fixing if required for proper completion of work.

P/Laying 1mm thick plaster of paris putty for proper complition of the work as per Direction of E/I all complete

Two coat oil bound distemper with primer,using approved colouring materials of buff, blue, grey or ,labour and T&P etc . Required for proper completion of work.

Two coat painting with synthetic enamel paints on new plain surface with primer of approved quality of colour by E/I.

P/lL of vitrified floors tiles (size of tiles 60x60cm) in different sizes with water absorption less then 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laidon 20mm thick cement mortor 1:4 (1cement : 4 C-sand ) including grouting the joints with cement and matching pigment etc. complete as per D.S.R. No. 11.41.2

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular type switch, modular plate, suitable size G.I. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 240 volts `C' series, miniature circuit breaker (MCB) suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.SINGL POLE

S/F of 15A/240V power plug with 15A/240V flush type switches complete on the existing board complete in all respect,(1139A)

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch,connection etc. as required.

S/F of electronic fan regulator(Modular) 120-180volt ISI mark on the existing board including making connection,required of engineer in charge of work, (1203 c)

Providing and fixing circular/ Hexagonal cast iron or M.S. sheet box for ceiling fan clamp, of internal dia 140 mm, 73 mm height, top lid of 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet with its top surface hacked for proper bonding, top lid shall be screwed into the cast iron/ M.S. sheet box by means of 3.3 mm dia round headed screws, one lock at the corners. Clamp shall be made of 12 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard drawing.

Supply and wiring of submain with two number 1.5 sq.mm.FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade multistrand single core copper conductor cable in 20 mm dia.heavy duty (2 mm thick) P V C conduit with one number 1.5 sq mm FRLSH P V C insulated 1100 V grade multistrand copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire drawn inside the conduit.(S.I. No.1311 C )

Supply and Fixing of 1200 dia Fan approved mark. As per ISI.
