Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete (measurement will be taken on finished section only etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete(1:3:6 ) in foundation and plinth below the base course of terrazzo flooring using 4cm (1 1/2")size black hard hand broken granite stone metals of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0'-6" thick inlcuding cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using Cement flyash of size 10" x 5" x 3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation and plinth in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

12mm(1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm(5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of MS Shutters for doors,window and grill gates,Collapsible gate including filling the holes with C.C (1:3:6) etc.complete

Finishing wall surface with two coats of approved quality of weather seal coat of approved shade over a coat of primer including cost of all materials etc.complete.

Distempering two coats with any approved shade including cost of distemper etc all complted as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard granite chips including hoisting and laying etc.complete.as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
