SCHEDULE A PART - I Civil Work :- EARTH WORK Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, inlcuding getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil. CONCRETE WORK Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

RCC WORK Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in Charge. WOOD & PVC WORKS Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutters from M.S tube of 19 guage thickness, size 19x19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top and bottom rails, covered with heat moulded PVC "C" chennel of 5mm thick and 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 5mm thick 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, pannelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with 5x30mm PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc., complete as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge fixed to frames with 4 Nos M.S. powder coated butt hings (For W.C. and bathroom shutters). 30 mm thick prelaminated PVC door shutters
