Footing for extra bay by excavation of earth in all kind of soil PCC(1:4:8)/RCC grade M-25 for concreting using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grades from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface,dust and any other deleterious materials as per drawing and specification with all leads,lifts,de-lifts including cost of carraiage, royalty and all other taxes of all materials mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including shuttering and supply of all T&P,machinery, labour charges,cost and carriage of water for mixing concrete and curing including hire and running charges of all machinery, equipments, constructions / erection and removal of gangway staging, scaffolding, incidental charges complete including cost of all materials like steel,cement etc. as per drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Erection of rail girders, laying of crane rails on extra bay 02 Nos.(Left side 01 No. + Right side 01 No. ) both Upstream & downstream sides for travel of gantry crane (25 T capacity) of Anandapur Barrage as per drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying of crane rails on rail girders for 33 bays(S/w 25 + U/s 8) both upstream & downstream sides including double piers & fish pass piers for travel of gantry crane(25 T capacity) of Anandapur Barrage as per drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection of gantry crane 02(Two) Nos. each of 25 T capacity along with 02(Two)Nos. lifting beam of Anandapur Barrage as per drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Assembly, alignment ,erection, commissioning & testing of gantry crane consists of four Nos. wheel bogie assembly, four Nos. column, one No. U/s. bottom beam, one No. D/s. bottom beam, one No. U/s top beam, one No.D/s top beam, one No. hoist platform assembly,one No. operator's cabin, cover for hoists & wheel bogies along with lifting beam assembly, fitting of counter weights, socketed wire ropes etc. of Anandapur Barrage as per drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Final painting of 02 (Two) No. gantry cranes each consists of four Nos. wheel bogie assembliy, four Nos. columns, one No. U/s. bottom beam, one No. D/s. bottom beam, one No. U/s top beam, one No. D/s top beam, one No. hoist platform assembly,one No. operator's cabin, covers for hoists & wheel bogies & two Nos. lifting beam assembly etc.All surfaces to be painted shall thereafter be cleaned by sand grit blasting to bare metal without any residual adherents in any form.The average surfaces roughness after sand blasting should not exceed 40 microns.Sand blasting should be conducted with sand/grit/shot of type approved as per the requirements of class B as specified in para 4.2.1.2 of IS:14177:1994. After blast cleaning,the surface should be cleaned of loose dust and debris etc. with the help of air blast or blower. Over the prepared surface two coats of zinc phosphate primer giving minimum dry film thickness of 40 ± 5 microns per coat followed by one coat of alkyl based Micaceous Iron Oxide paint giving minimum dry film thickness of 65 ± 5 microns and two coats synthetic enamel paints conforming to IS:2932 giving minimum dry film thickness of 25 ± 5 microns per coat(For structural components,machinery,unmachined surfaces, machined surfaces) are to be applied with an interval of 24 hours between each coat of dry film thickness of all coats including primer coats not less than 175 microns as per IS : 14177:1994,drawings & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chemical grouting the gap between pier top & base plate of 40 Nos trestles(80 Nos. base plates) of spillway and undersluice bays and 96 Nos. rail girders & shortpiece girders of upstream & downstream sides including cost of materials, labour, T&P, hire charge of machinery etc. to complete the work in all respect at Anandapur Barrage as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Assembly, erection & painting of 03(Three) Nos. ladders for spillway & undersluice bays and 01(One)No. at Left Head Regulator gates of Anandapur Barrage including cost of labour, T&P, hirecharge of machinery etc. to complete work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

2nd stage concreting for 04 (Four) Nos. ladder Providing reinforced cement concrete grade M-25 for 2nd stage concreting using 20 mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grade and quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials as per approved design, drawings and specification with all leads, lifts, de-lifts including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including providing rigid & smooth steel form works for 2nd stage concrete works and dismantling the same after required days, curing, supply of all tools & plants, machinery, labour charges, cost & carriage of water for mixing and curing concrete including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction/ erection and removal of gangways, stagings, scaffoldings & incidental charges complete as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.
