S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed (ISI Mark) in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall (75 mm bore) including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends / elbow 75 mm (ISI Mark) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed. (c) M & L for providing and laying APP based polymeric membrance of 3 mm thinkness of weight of 150 gm / sqm with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturer instruction. Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering on wall or on floor 15mm thick in CM 1 : 4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer all as specified
