M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on brick work or concrete masonry wall surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound incl taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etc Complete incl Applying two coats of cement base paint of any colour or tint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick work or concrete masonry wall surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with, water etc Complete Incl M&L Applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any colour or tint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Anodised Aluminium Snap Grid Frame Work for false ceiling all as specified. (Size of grid 605 X 605 mm) with 6mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws fixed in ceiling surface.(Makes as approved by Garrison Engineer) Incl Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets/AC boards etc any thickness complete all as directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (Below or Above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450mmx300mmx7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 10mm thick CM 1:4 Incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n . Exc 0.18 sqm ,in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade including Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm and Screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes Incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
