REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT OF BLDG. NO. 2,5,6,8,9,10,14,15 AND 18 TYPE III QTRS RHE AT AFK

Stripping out/taking down existing water proofing treatment from roof slab and parpet walls, cement plaster PCC Pad and stone slab including hacking for key, raking out joints and scrubbing down with water etc as per direction of EIC

Demolition of cement concrete unreinfrced loosr PCC/ cement motar at roof salb or of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as directed by EIC

M&L for providing cement concrete type B 1:2:4 mix (20mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete fair finished.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and vertical of walls in CM 1:4 including finishing the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside ( or lowering if required) for repair , cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position ( Cleaning, repairing etc measured seprately ) capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 litrs

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection , including cleaning for refixing or removal to store ( Wall, ceiling floor etc) for bore of pipe 20mm dia with necesssary screwing as per direction of EIC

M & L filleting in any position and any shape in cement mortar 1:4 and surface finished with primer to not exc 50 sqcm in repair (Speciaiiy at Chajja top) or other places as required as per direction of EIC

Supply for liquid waterproofing compound at mixing in Cement Motar as specified

M&L for providing WPT by using membrane over roof &vertical surface consisting of appllying oil bonded bituminous primer coat at 0.30kg/m2 on a clean and dry surface& then providing a layer ofAPP modified membrane 3mm thick weighing approx .4kg/m2 with non woven polyster reinforcement with very thin polythylene film on both side with thermofusion process by gas regulated torch & finally applying one coat of super silver sheld aluminium based bituminous paint all as per specification & as directed by E-in-C Make Tiki,IWL or equivalent

Removing surplus excavted and demolished material up to distance 1.5 Km and depositing where soil,PCC etc as directed by EIC
